Conga Courier - does exactly what it says on the tin

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send reports to contacts - my team were setting up customers as full users in order to send them their implementation time sheet/ expense reports. This saves valuable user licenses.
Also love the fact that my users can set up report schedules and manage themselves with very little input from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would maybe be improved if it was clearer to users when the next report would run. Currently, the users enter their schedule and click save. There is a field called 'Next Report Run' which is unpopulated. This leads users to be concerned that their changes were not saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to send Customers reports using their Chatter user as the recipient. Salesforce took away this ability and Conga gave it back to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can send each report to unlimited users or up to 25 contacts. Can make groups the recipient

Works Well, but has few glitches

What do you like best about the product?
The software works great for what I use it for. I use to it send out site visit summaries for the company I work for. It pairs up well with SalesForce and pulls the needed information into an email template, thus saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to make manual changes to the auto-email template, sometimes everything is inadvertently deleted because the text/info is part of a table, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conga composer pulls info from various places in SalesForce and created an email for follow-up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Saves time and is probably worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
Conga is very intuitive and has a vast amount of online documentation, as well as Conga University.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger solutions can be pretty laggy, and since their merger, customer support has not been very good, but I know they are working on getting it back to the where it was, which was amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have generated complex government documents for eSignature as well as complex report charts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other doc gent tool. Some that require HTML and some that have a user interface. Conga Composer is the easiest to use and has the most robust toolkit.

It is on the pricier side, but I have found them to be willing to discuss pricing based on the client's needs especially when it comes to not for profits. And they do not charge for mass gen like some other tools.

Conga puts a high priority on making high-quality online training resources accessible. Still have need? They have high-quality and responsive support.

So far Conga has been meeting our needs excellently.

Conga is awesome, it makes it easy to create standard emails with merge fields

What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows you to create email templates and customize them for each client with the click of a button. You only have to create the template once and add merge fields, for example Client Name, address, etc. and you have a standard template being sent with specific information to each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get tedious when trying to create the merge fields. Also, the button creation can be cumbersome because you have to create queries and follow all kinds of specification to get the document to where you need it to be. It can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving sales reps time as it relates to contacting clients. We have even found ways to give the option to send custom messages to clients if they so chose, on a standard template. There is a lot that can be done if you take the time to learn the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it simpler to set up the buttons and it would be nice to have better support.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a conga customer since 2010. They have always gone above and beyond to meet even our mist complex needs. There is no better way to get data out if SF and distribute to SF and non-SF users.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something I would say I wish the merge was a little faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing data in a better and more distributable format including quotes, win/ loss forms, triage forms, trip reports, account plans and executive summaries.

Best tool out there for document generation and distribution.
