My favorite feature is the efficiency and consistency the product provides throughout our business process.

Query building and maintenance can sometimes be a little frustrating.

Sometime it takes more time to generate the a document with high number of pages

The best customization in the industry!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to fully customize a document and send it out to a huge list of people with each one of them thinking instilled for hours on personalizing that document strictly for them!

I haven't been using it long enough to find a downside.
