Simple and effective

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity is key for our team. We run a small sales team and Conga is very suitable for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been frequent changes recently, due to the re-branding. This has caused us some problems but customer support has been quick resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CDG provides transparency for our sales team. A major benefit for us is the possibility to duplicate documents quickly and send to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Use of word templates
2) Easy structure of procedures to follow
3) Data extraction tool giving query alias wise data
4) Conga Support team providing quick, polite and useful responses
5) Conga support website having ample reference articles
6) List of useful parameters
7) Ease of integration with Adobe sign / Docu sign for digital signature purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Conga's behavior with lightning. Upon changing anything in lightning component stops conga redirection for a while if the URL is prepared using code.
2) Conga's support for partner community. There is lack of clarity in thoughts from conga support in this matter. The solution does not redirect back to partner community after document generation. For the solution, conga team is pushing extra licensed product of conga trigger.
On support site, it is mentioned that conga fully supports partner implementation, but above mentioned scenario contradicts the statement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Document generation for contract and agreement documents
2) VF page limitation for PDF generation for mentioned documents
3) Document generation from SFDC base objects as well as Cloudsense package objects
4) Restructured a manual process of printing forms and getting it signed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1) Support should be provided as swift as conga
2) Document finishing and alignment should be given as swift as conga

Integrated Contracts with Conga

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to integrate our Salesforce data with our contracts has allowed us to 1) seamlessly create sales contracts within Salesforce 2) validate Salesforce fields and 3) use Docusign directly
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the templates takes a little bit of getting use to the configuration. Specifically with tables and dynamic fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time it takes to create a sales contract
Reducing the mistakes on a contract
Integrating SF and our contracts
Emphasizing data quality in SF
Mandating more fields than ever imagined in SF
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely an investment and worth considering all the features before making the jump. Conga can replace multiple softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity! And the seamless integration of Sales Force data into a presentable document for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paying for it! No not really, what I would actually like is a Conga version of DocuSign...?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased efficiency by generating sales orders/quotes sent directly to clients and customers via DocuSign.

Easy to use document generation

What do you like best about the product?
Conga's documentation is great but their support team is awesome. I am one that learns by doing and they have helped me learn Conga quickly and efficiently sometimes, just through a chat session
What do you dislike about the product?
I learned after setting up many documents and just by accident that some of my set up was not supported by the new Salesforce interface, Lightning which means I need to go back and redesign much of what I already did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email has been significantly reduced. Data is entered once in Salesforce and the document is generated from there. Before we would enter in Salesforce and in a word document and/or email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent product. So far all use cases have had positive results

Fast and efficient proposal generation

What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows for easily repeatable proposal templates that have greatly streamlined our proposal generation process. We can put together a quick quote and supporting proposal for a client in minutes using the technology Conga provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs and other technical hiccups to be expected from an evolving SaaS product do pop up from time to time. It can also be difficult to create a repeatable review process for quotes and proposals that need to be exported for hard copy submission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposal and quote generation is our primary use for Conga. It has made this process much simpler and faster overall.

I love that Conga is simple to use and puts all the information I need into an easy to read format

There is nothing that I dislike about using Conga, great product

Data integrity is a big problem that a lot of my clients were running in to and that is no longer an issue with Conga
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Conga over any other product in the market because it is easy to use and easy to configure for any organization looking to put data in to a document format.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool but I LOVE the support. Anytime I am stuck, I am able to reach out and get help from a real person fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very touchy. If there is an extra space, you can drive yourself crazy trying to figure out what the problem is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating documents to send to clients. This is very helpful to present the information in a clean and organized fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best tool out there for document generation from Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to pull data from any related standard or custom object into a single document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to track my cases on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use conga to generated documents and send for signature. It eliminates the human error aspect by pulling a consistent set of data from Salesforce.
