Helpful tool for easily generating documents from Salesforce data
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very simple to use. I like that it allows me to create a contract directly from a sales opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any problems with Conga - so I can’t say there’s anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga saves me time by automatically merging relevant information from Salesforce into my contracts so I don’t have to manually fill out forms.

Allow users to concentrate on the details that matter, not creating/formatting a report
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer, along with Conga Workflow and Conga Conductor, save me so much time every report cycle. I can automate the generation of well formatted, consistent documents on a regular basis, allowing me to concentrate on other tasks.
I can also provide my Salesforce users templates so they can create identical, record specific documents with no effort - allowing them to concentrate on the details within rather than what the output looks like.

What do you dislike about the product?
Conga don't do a great job of letting existing users know about upgrades to products they already have. But this is changing with the 2017 launched Conga Champions programme, which uses challenges to share Conga news.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The initial reason we purchased Conga Composer was to generate internal governance documents. The consistent, reliable outputs allow the reader to concentrate on the detail within - and consistent branding means they know it is the document they are expecting.
Since purchasing, I now use Conga to generate a whole suite of reports, from pipelines to revenue forecasts, for personal use to public circulation. And the add-ons of Conga Workflow (aka Conga Trigger) to automate document generation, and Conga Conductor (aka Conga Batch) to launch solutions on a recurring schedule, mean less time is spent on tasks which can be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Generating documents worked out great. Used for quotes and contract generation
What do you dislike about the product?
A somewhat learning curve to understanding SOQL, however that turned out to be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to mail merge and create documents that needed data from SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
From an admin perspective, Conga Composer is highly customisable and easy-ish to use with many tutorial videos on youtube (sometimes outdated). It integrated really well with SFDC. Managing users and launching the application was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to find the right information on the support pages and often led to hours of wasted productivity. From a sales perspective, they thought it was too limiting (how we made use of it - it's not the software's fault) and they stopped using it once realised that free text fields aren't supported in Conga Sign.

Best App for Document Automation for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The suite can be used to automate the document generation process and improve the standard sales cycle in Salesforce. We considered some applications in the AppExchange but Conga is definetely the best one for this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be a great enhancement to have support and documentation available also in Italian Language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We proposed Conga solution to one of our customer to help them automate the offer generation process within Salesforce. Tha manin benefits have been: offering time reduced thanks to better and customized tamplates.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, I've used it for performance packs in the past that have taken days and this has managed them in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI's are not the easiest to navigate, but you get over this with time.

The quick turnaround of performance packs, extracting info from various objects into a PDF.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to both enhance our process & the output documents as we go along but also flexible to cater for multiple scenarios that need different communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rely heavily on a combination of workflow & scheduled Conductors to automate our processes, including out of hours. When the Conductor scheduling server has not worked this creates a lot of manual work & looses credibility with our users

Immediate communication with our donors, bookers etc. which is scalable as numbers increase

Docs out of Salesforce made simple - a very versatile app
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, works with multiple document templates and formats. People used to MailMerge pick it up really quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Conga grows there are multiple products, tiers, and pricing to navigate around but once you've got the version that meets your requirements, getting going is very straight forward.
