Wonderful software
What do you like best about the product?
I loled being able to create an interactive pdf without too much training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the menu for editing was more like Microsoft office so I would already be familiar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are invoicing and we can do things that s-docs cannot.

Great product and even better customer support
What do you like best about the product?
You can create great looking documents easily and pull from multiple objects in ways that Salesforce doesn't support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve when you first get started with it, but well worth it

Create great looking documents quickly that ensure accurate communication with customers.
Excellent solution and easy to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
I’m always a fan of click not code solutions. For me it’s being able to quickly demo a working solution and getting stakeholders buy in early in the process. With tools like conga document generation is makes the process in Salesforce seamless.

Nothing dislikes about the product. I value all of the features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating agreements from Salesforce and being able to pull in multiple objects data at a time.

I like that it has lot of functionalities

Have not used it enough to know.. Once I use it more then I may be able to elaborate on this.

Document Generation Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
The document generation, once set up, is just so easy to use. The platform is very stable and has yet to go down on us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little bit difficult to set up initially. but support was very helpful throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generate reports for our customers based off a shadowing exercise that we do with them. It helps them see what they are doing well and what we can help them improve on.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create complex templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing complex queries it may not know what’s missing. Support is amazing and helps quickly and reinforce you were on right path.

Conga Composer with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for our users as it takes them one click in Salesforce to merge a document. Also allows us flexibility to either merge for printing or email directly from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga MailMerge incompatibility with Salesforce Lightning is a drawback for us as we are now searching for a replacement solution or will be instructing our users to flip back to the SF Classic interface each time they need to run a mass mail merge.
Creating document templates or document components is not a function of Conga that would be beneficial. i.e. creating a header component that is added to all templates that is then managed in one area rather than needing to update each template when there is a change. Or components for parts of letters as they are often repetitive across document templates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As states above -- problem with the inability to use the mass mail merge features in Lightning. Benefits is the ease of use for our end users in Salesforce.
Beautiful reports your sales teams will love
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool that turns the data in Salesforce into useful reports your sales teams can use with clients. Run them as one off or as a batch job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve (like any new app) but once you understand the process, creating new reports is not difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data out of Salesforce in a way that can be used in a sales conversation was a challenge until we discovered Conga. Building the templates in Word allowed us to easily create reports that guide most of our sales team member conversations.
Amazing time saving tool

The ability to create beautiful spreadsheets with data from multiple Salesforce objects with the click of a button
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, The tool delivers exactly what they advertise.

It was taking 3 weeks to generate sales compensation statements at the end of each quarter. Using conga, we can accomplish this same task in 3 days

This tool will pay for itself with the first solution you create.
My Experience of Conga Document Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows merging of multiple documents into single document which is great and its integration with salesforce is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga does not allow custom development with visualforce and apex when needed customization at the salesforce end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using conga for Acknowledgement generation and merging multiple PDF document into one and sending these documents to sign to the end user via Conga sign.

Great tool for document generation and you can automate things as you want.
