What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Salesforce is the best feature. It allows us to pull data directly into our templates without manual input, which has significantly reduced errors and sped up our document creation process.

The setup process can be overwhelming, especially for users who aren’t very tech-savvy. Additionally, when working with large datasets, the system sometimes slows down or fails to merge properly, which can be frustrating

Conga Composer solves the problem of manual document creation, which used to be time-consuming and error-prone for our team. By automating the process of pulling Salesforce data into templates, it has reduced the time spent on generating contracts and reports by at least 50%. It’s not the easiest tool to learn at first. Also, the cost might be a bit high.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer enables rapid document generation, making it an ideal solution for integrating with our billing cycle. By leveraging its APIs, we can streamline the process, ensuring both speed and accuracy in document creation.

It requires experience template builder to configure templates and also difficult to debug the issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We successfully integrated Composer with our billing cycle and seamlessly incorporated Conga Sign. Depending on our data, we can send documents to clients through either the Conga Sign UI or API by adjusting a single parameter, making the process highly efficient.
Great tool to generate the templates with desired changes to the document.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to edit the template, as we go there will be different features for different use cases and implementation which will be achieved easily without any hassle. And we also have 24/7 customer support with all are queries and fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not beginning friendly, we will need basic trainings to get a hang of the product, however there are great documentations to help us on that.

Occasionally, large template generation faces issues. Document creation can be time-consuming in such cases.

it has resolved the issue of manual document generation and provided a very good options to customizations
