What do you like best about the product?
Building the Automation is quick.
Its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs should be breif.
There should be debug option.
There should be some playground where we can use the Workato formula.
There should be some multi thread processing option for processing the large data inside of for loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping to creating automation and making connection quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a low-code integration platform, As I don't have to take tension syntax or functional errors or jar file import errors when compared to any coding language.
it is faster compared to the coding, in the development phase. and the testing phase is very easy and as short as just clicking a button.
They have HTTP connections, custom SDK connectors, and coding editors..... which makes it easy to customization.
new upgrades are going on, which add new useful features added up.

Even from the client's point of view product development phase is counted in hours. So it is budget-friendly, and less manpower.

they have very good customer support system, which guides you through the implementation or platform-related....etc
Overall, Integration with Workato has been relatively very much straightforward. The platform gives a user-friendly experience, making it easy to seamlessly connect different applications and processes.

this is making my life easier related to integration.Personally, I've noticed variations in my usage frequency, which may depend on the project or tasks at hand. Workato proves to be a valuable tool in certain scenarios

so it is a win, win situation for both the client and the user.

yeah because of all these reasons the user count is a lot nowadays, as the clients are more.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a day-to-day user, these are my reviews

Workato is continually evolving with the addition of new features, but like any tool, it has its limitations. Specifically, I've noticed constraints when dealing with a large number of files being processed or uploaded,and etc.
I think workato gonna will address it. Sometime in the future. But yeah currently it is managable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating is just like mapping fields.
it helps in connecting the cloud platform and an application.

What do you like best about the product?
It is rather easy to make a recipe do an especific task and automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error mesages are not as useful as i would like, as they normally require more testing that they need because of this lack of detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conectivity between apps and the solution that workato gives really helps manage time better

Workato is less taking time as well as it is very flexible to use. It solves complex tasks of integration very easily and the workato customer support are so helpful to resolve problems.

Workato can't handle large data storage and also for some cases there is limitation to use tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is remarkably user-friendly and comprehensible even for non-technical individuals. Additionally, we've successfully implemented it for bulk use cases with assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement in handling large payloads of data efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully implemented Workato in a use case where we are syncing user data from SAP Concur to the Netsuite employee database.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the low-code no-code approach the workato has, by the its very easy to integrate and also the flexibility of creating custom connectors. Also the wide library of OOB connectors.The Customer support team is fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cons i would say is the challenges wtih very large data,I am sure workato has the strength to optimize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves challenges related to Automation and integration,its great for real-time data sync and most helpful in task optimization

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, wide range of connectors, no need to worry about infrastructure behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been issues on consistency of connectors. Some times the problem wasn't obvious or can't be replicated. Such bugs make it very frustrating to debug. The UI also gives a feeling of performance degradation when starting and stopping recipes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato helps us move data in and out of our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy connection creation and variety of connectors available
What do you dislike about the product?
The Cost model, doesnt work for everyone. Unlike other integration tools who's billing is based on the Platform against to what workato is for tasks. Which is not in control of the developers and usage. You should really reconsider the cost models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly internal integrations for the PX team.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product, mostly you can drag and drop the field and within a couple of minutes your integration is ready, the recipe logic is also simple to complex. I am a newbie but before moving to this product I did all required certifications and understood the application.

Customer support is once available to entertain you immediately and help you solve the issue. my issue was solved by Juliana very good supports Tech
What do you dislike about the product?
As I came from a Dell Boomi Background, if I compare from there, then might be not found a lot of things, like cache objects, and how to load the data beforehand to avoid double API calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned most integration goes straightforward forward and you see solving your problem by connecting the support online really helpful.
