Workato works better than anything I could’ve ever dreamed of
What do you like best about the product?
We use it as our IPaaS solution and we have loved fulfilling all of our customers integration dreams!
What do you dislike about the product?
We put the platform in our customers hands so we understand the limitations there, but they have a hard time automating workflows themselves but that’s the nature of any IPaaS solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping our customers sync data from our platform and then moves it over to their crm of choice!
Great for embedded customers

Enterprise-ready IPAAS. Security and error reporting insights and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so intuitive for non-technical customers. Challenges managing sdk and customers at scale

Expanding possibilities for incorporating guidecx in the customer journey our customers are driving.

what I like best about Workato is that it combines ease of use (low-code/no-code automation) with enterprise-grade power (scalability, governance, 1,200+ integrations), while being AI-native through its Genie agents that make automation smarter, faster, and more context-aware.

Worketo integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
easy to integrate, it's low-code/no-code integration useful to handle active server-based connections. i used to integrate Salesforce to sharepoint with Workato. It is easy to use, anyone can understand how to work with it, and there is chat support between user, and I'm Workato certified
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not found any issues while using Worketo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration work was very useful in automating record handling through data replication, which significantly reduced manual record creation and migration efforts in my project.

It helps me and my team to transform ideas into useful workflows for my job. VEry easy to implement, we use it daily in our planning activities.

Ease of use for recipe creation makes integrations an ease

Expensive! but worth the price. However we need a different pricing model.

Workato helps us to solve our platform integrations. We are able to take information in silos and put it into all of our relevant systems for unified visibility into our data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best use of Workato with SAP is when you want to bridge SAP’s complex backend processes with modern SaaS applications in a way that’s faster and more flexible than traditional middleware

Handling the file storage and lookup tables manually is not very straightforward, especially when you need to delete multiple items at once

We are only just beginning to tap the capabilities that Workato provides, but we have already found ways to save a tremendous amount of time and money using this platform.

It can be diffult to understand how to optimize recipes in high data volume where performance and task usage really matter.

The terminology can be a lot, and the documentation isn't always clear.
