Workato is an excellent iPaaS solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, connects easily to applications within our stack, our CSM and training staff are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was more self-guided than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato helps us build out automated workflows between multiple applications within our stack.

Not able to run Python/JS code in workato
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee Onboarding/Off-boarding, Accounts creation, IT Requests automation, Exposing IT Services via API endpoints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it out, you will like it.
Fantastic product, even better service and community
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is incredibly powerful but simple to use and fairly intuitive once you get your head around the basics
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to copy steps from one recipe to another would be a big plus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most recently I've used it in combination with Skuid to create a User Management app that allows end users to self-serve in the creation of new Salesforce Users - very powerful
Workato helped us unlock so many things in terms systems integration and product integration.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and be able build the automations in days not months. Their in support is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of anything at this point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined employee onboarding by integration with all the different systems. Developed revenue Automation’s. Build pipelines with out product to take actions for support cases. Build reconciliation pipelines.

Definitely can consider to build Automation’s.
A powerful cloud-based automation and integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful iPaaS that can integrate everything - Apps, Databases, Analytics and much more.
One of the few providers that can do cloud and on-premise equally well.
Very useful exception handling, easy to administrate with helpful job logs that makes it easy to find errors and fix them.
Beyond an integration platform it is truly an automation tool that allows extensive and intelligent workflows, triggers and actions.
Great implementation and support crew.

What do you dislike about the product?
More documentation could be useful sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated our Ultipro HR system with or MES and have always actual shift data available. We pull data from the manufacturing system, HR data and SAP ERP data and feed the Tableau Online analytics platform. This gives us real time analytics and a huge improvement in quality control.

If you are looking for an integration platform or you are looking for an automation tool, Workato gives you both.
Workato has saved us time and made our customers happy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use within the tool. We're able to quickly set up integrations with our tool, Bridgit Bench and third party applications like Salesforce or Airtable which in turn saves our customers time and makes our tool even better! The team we work with has been fantastic and extremely supportive, always open to jumping on a call to troubleshoot issues and share best practices. We're continuing to learn new things about the capabilities and look forward to unlocking even more functionality as we continue to further adopt and streamlines our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trial and error within the tool can be time consuming off the bat, but once you learn the ropes it only gets easier. Some of the errors we receive can be hard to understand but the team at Workato has been supportive in helping us resolve them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings across the board to streamline processes and make our tool stickier. It saves time for our team on setting up accounts and making ongoing updates. Time savings for our customers who no longer have as much manual data entry and streamlines the project planning process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It does what they say it does and will make your life and your customer's lives easier!

I love how easy Workato is to use! You can setup powerful integrations between applications with no code in minutes!

The only thing that I dislike would be the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems across all our applications including JIra, Netsuite, Salesforce, Zendesk. Workato makes it extremely easy to streamline and automate complex issues that used to take up many working hours.

Workato is a little costly; it would be great to have entry-level pricing.

While you are able to build out simple automations with minor technical skills, anything more complex will take someone with technical expertise to build out. Let's be realistic.
Power, simplicity and an attentive staff
What do you like best about the product?
Workato lets you do a TON of stuff in as simple or as complicated a level of construction as you are comfortable with. Their team is super helpful and they offer a ton of resources to perfect your connections and minimize issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much I have disliked that wasn't fixed or updated super fast after mentioning it previously.

Connecting our crm to our marketing platform in a dynamic and real-time way
Very intuitive and powerful automation platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is incredibly easy to use & powerful, with a pricing model that enables you to incrementally prove value before making a large purchasing decision. I'm not a software engineer (I'm predominantly a business stakeholder), but I'm able to easily integrate almost any application that has the required APIs. Workato's pre-built actions are very intuitive to use, but you can also use custom actions for any actions they dont currently support.
Workato's customer support is incredible, and has really enabled me to quickly extract a ton of value out of the platform without getting stuck.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I encounter bugs, which requires I use workarounds. For example, the Greenhouse actions dont support the concept of min & max values (for currency ranges), which meant that I need to use the HTTP connector and cannot use the pre-built actions for updating a Greenhouse Job. However, whenever I hit one of these bugs the Workato support team is incredibly responsive and helpful in suggesting alternative approaches for achieving my goal.
