Your favorite Automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
Workato allows you to configure complex recipes to transform your organization's daily operations. It is fun to see how many teams can automate a manual process and start engaging the team to think another way - that can leave them with a new skill set.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clarity in formula mode and documentation (knowledgebase) in that area to figure something out quickly could be smoother. It could be a big selling point in understanding the full functionality and library of knowledge Workato offers - kind of hard to navigate today. I will say that the "Workato Support" and "Solution Consultants" are the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is changing how data flows inside our organization, increasing the accuracy across any system we integrate. Taking our user life cycle management to the next level and allowing us to tackle more unique edge case scenarios and develop a process around them to add value to the business. Workato is making us more agile in the way we grow; we are ready and looking at showcasing the difference automation can bring to the company's operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to understand how to build the different automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When some of the challenges in first implementation are related to one of the tools workato is connecting too, it is not easy to get answers. for example if you build integration between Salesforce(CRM) and NetSuite (ERP) it can go much faster if the support from workato would be someone familiar enough with both tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automatically creating new customers and deals with full products pricing and details in our ERP system after a deal is closed won in our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and work on recipe actions. Totally helps reduces sales drag as a better alternative solution to any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really and we get a great support in the documentations or articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to resolve sales drag when you're not getting any support or commitment to other teams who should be responsible.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to deploy/get up and running. Provides great customer/client support, with 24-hour chat, a ticketing system and a customer support team that is very collaborative and responsive to customer needs/requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk processing functionality, such as simple data replications, could be more robust. Not designed for large, complex integrations. Data limits and timeouts require recipes to include pagination and other strategies. Also, error handling for timeouts must be developed -- it is not handled by the standard Error Handling Tasks in Workato. Not designed for ETL - would like to see this functionality built out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated many arduous tasks to free up time and labor for staff -- less time doing manual data entry.
Integrated, connected and simplified the technology stack into one platform to create a consolidated view across all arms of the business,
The platform was easy to learn, which meant the IT team could quickly master the Workato platform while leveraging their existing technical expertise and improving their productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
We have found the Workato tool to be amazingly helpful along our journey in Digital Employee Experience transformation! Our account team is also second to none :-)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. If I find one, I will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating systems and a solid iPaaS platform that allows us to leverage numerous technologies for an enhanced Digital Employee Experience. Increased productivity as a result of less context switching between applications.

What do you like best about the product?
There is no need to worry about infrastructure, scaling, or behind-the-scenes technical details. Very easy to use and has a slight learning curve. Powerful for most of the use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not suitable for specific niche use cases. ETL is not its strong suite.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to follow and fast in transfer of data from system to system.

More custom templates would be great, especially as it relates to CRM systems.

Connecting Paycom to Salesforce. It's allowed us to save on costs by allowing our data engineers to make processes run faster and more efficiently.
