Most robust platform for automation solutions
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about this software is its most exciting and unique UI, which is easy to set up and manage all your work with it. The software helps you in navigating all the data and information improved in this software. The software includes features for modularizing almost all the automation features and processes. The platform provides the easiest way to deploy all the tools and features of this software for completing all your tasks. It is the most reliable software in the market, which works correctly and so accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you try to integrate this platform with any accounting or marketing tool or platforms like CRM or similar software, Workato sometimes does not respond on time or stops responding. The screen freezing issue is also seen in this software when integrating and using it with some heavy software. The configuration ability of this software is not good with CRM-like platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The development has been significant in our organization and our company's work with this software's help. It has provided excellent and reliable tools that are beneficial and save a lot of our time. My employees are consumed with connecting,communicating and making more customer connections for our company.

State of the art, non-technical IaaS Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It really is easy to start building integrations with Workato. One of the best tools I've come across for a long time in terms of capabilities and usability. As a user with limitted experience building integrations, let alone developing them, I have been able to build a few of them in a short period of time. In my case, it has made this process quite fun and eye-opening. It has made me realize how easy is to connect to different enterprise cloud systems and streamline data and processes for better governance and operations. The onboarding team at Workato has also been instrumental on how to best build integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging errors or understand why certain tasks failed is not always easy to understand if your knwoledge is limitted. At the moment, the ability to organise tables, message templates, etc. is limitted but not a big problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is allowing us to build and own our integrations without being integrations developers and/or relying on others to implement changes as the business requires. It will allow us to very easily streamline processes and data across the company removing waste in many areas and increasing our data integrity.

That it allows us to integrate to several other platforms we don't have time to prioritize.

That you can't change name from recipies to workflows.

Allow us to create strong integration with plug and play.
An Automation Platform closely aligned with your business processes without over-engineering!
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some competing automation platforms (iPaaS) that focus on the # of connections, Workato focuses on processes, allowing for greater flexibility in the number of systems/endpoints that need to be hit to satisfy a business process comprehensively. Other than the fact that it is a low-code/no-code solution, this is their greatest strength, so you can build your recipes and sub-recipes without worrying about how many connections are being utilized in your contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today, EDI is not handled natively by Workato and requires a separate subscription to a third-party service that handles EDI transactions through API via connectors. I would prefer a one-stop shop for troubleshooting and mitigating the risk of another point of failure along the path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is extending our communication backbone in our systems' ecosystem by publishing and reading Kafka messages triggering actions in the designated system at the right time and the proper sequence of business events. This extension allows us to centralize and track all activities to a singular Enterprise Service Bus.

It's easy to learn, intuitive to use, and very flexible. The Workato team is very helpful and attentive, helping us reach our goals and objectives.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more debugging options for tracking variable values (esp. in loops), setting breakpoints, and step-by-step execution.
It would also be great to have a streamlined process for breaking down recipe sections into sub-functions, automatically generating input and output schemas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a flexible and reliable integration platform allowing us to keep all our corporate applications in-sync and automate processes across the enterprise.
Great application for quick automation
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with many applications is excellent. Simple and precise steps to make automation is a key to this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime complex integration is not very clear, and takes time to understand the flow. Google Integraion can be a bit better though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and helping in making lot of quick integration of our application. It is really useful in the daily operations where many application like Slack, Gmail, Jira, jenkins are involved. It really makes your life easy when it comes to automation.
Excellent automation tool for whatever you can dream up
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helped us move our one-off automations to a central location and add a real level of enterprise stability to them. The tool is excellent in the value it brings to being able to setup automations with little-to-no development experience required. The support teams have also been excellent in helping us troubleshoot issues but also explore new ways to solve our own issues. Our backbone automations have been grown exponentially thanks to Moveworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the errors can not provide enough context as to what exactly went wrong. However, I feel this is mostly due to the software its integrating with not providing enough context itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has helped us solve for automating onboarding and offboarding workflows in a more capable way then ever before. It also helps us with moving data between systems. The ability to send reports on failures also helps us know when something isn't working right.

What do you like best about the product?
Support chat is the best feature to start with as the beginner.The rest is just a matter of exercise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some standard connectors are missing, like Datev, Atoss or Personio. But for sure, this can be improved with further EU market growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many ad hoc data transfers and CSV creation are daily pains, which can be solved easily with workato.
Creating solutions, automations and integrations is easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
The low code/no code environment allows me to easily create my automations and integrations. I usually build Proof Of Concepts, so I need to easily show that the combination of Workato and Epicor Prophet 21 is a great tool to extend the functionality of Prophet 21 and an easy way to integrate with other systems. When I can use Workato, I prefer to use this tool, because is easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Workato to have more connectors. The big names are there, but there are a TON of smaller solutions that my customers use that I would love them be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extending the funcionality of Prophet 21 and building integration with other solutions.

Extensive library of ready-made connectors complimented by custom actions to allow for easy integration with pretty much anything

Workato's pricing model based on a number of "recipes" is not great. It makes you look elsewhere if you need to automate a simple or infrequent task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows business stakeholders to solve their problems without involving the development team. It accelerates the development of specific tasks from days to hours.
