Workato user for both internal and external needs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup
Strong Enterprise focus (ability to set up a governance group to control the usage. Ability to control which admin has access to what, etc.

The platform fee is a bit frustrating. The volume approach is much better.

Seamless Data Pipeline Integrations Using Workato
What do you like best about the product?
Wrokato provides multiple connectors and the UI navigation is seamless with multiple options.
Also, Workato team works quickly on creating custom connectors based on the request.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a hang of it will take some time as creating recipes needs some practice as they are not straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato helps an organization in setting up the data integrations quickly. The integrations are pretty stable and error handling is done very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Release notes notification can be improved. Due to a lack of notification, we are unaware of new features upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato acts as our backend system for our service cloud implementation. Therefore, Workato is where all of the sophisticated business processes are built. Additionally, we use Workato to build some business processes for our sales cloud and commerce cloud implementations.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a really innovative solution to build integrations. The embedding platform and platform APIs can help you brand your integrations according to your choice and still have Workato do all the background work for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The embedded platform's pricing for startups and smaller companies are really high. Sometimes the companies might not be at that scale to spend this much at once! There should be plans which allow lesser tasks at a lower cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato lets you build smaller integrations very very fast and also helps monitor them really efficiently. You don't have to deploy your own infrastructure and worry about scale problems while using Workato to build software.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to this tool, we were able to centralize our ad hoc automations and imbue them with a solid level of organizational stability. The tool's value lies in its ease of use, even for those with limited development experience. The support team has been a great asset, providing us with assistance in resolving problems and helping us discover new solutions. Our core automations have seen significant growth due to Moveworks
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the error messages may lack sufficient information to determine the root cause of a problem. This is often a result of the integrated software not supplying enough context itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Workato, we've found a more effective solution for automating our onboarding and offboarding processes and transferring data between systems. The capability to receive failure reports also alerts us to any malfunctions in real-time.

Compared to other competitors, Workato is doing great in the enterprise field, the platform built for scale with the organization. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable

There is some missing documentation that could be helpful for first-timers

There are some niche features left to be desired when working with certain application integrations. However, the community library is vast and growing. I see this as minor. There is always a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order to Cash. Procure to Pay. License Optimization. I can show crystal clear ROI and justify the Workato cost easily.
