Easy to use and a very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and we can connect with other integrations and customise it according to our business requirement. Implementation of the workflow is also easy. Customer Support is great. I use it frequently to support other usecases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes working with lists may be difficult but gets easier with practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customizing according to our needs which the product does not natively support

What do you like best about the product?
Workato's recipe editor is fluid, intuitive, and easily customizable when you need something more than an out-of-the-box solution. Upgrades and updates are frequent and the company is full of friendly, helpful people.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it can be considered a flaw, Workato's support infrastructure is a bit complex: they have a knowledge base, forums, CSRs, QA developers, and in some accounts a Solutions Consultant. Who/what to turn to for which issues one may have can be its own learning curve and/or frustration. Additionally, there is a class of error (Workato-side resource overage) that will not show an audit trail for the end user to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The heaviest lifting Workato does for us is orchestrating video conferencing scheduling for our clients while updating our CRM and cloud storage services across multiple disparate platforms. We also utilize Workato as a source of truth determiner, propagating data from a master platform to all relevant subsidiaries. Both of these functionalities result in significant reduction in hours spent, as well as human error.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a easy tool/platform to use for those who have no prior knowledge in tech or those who have some.
It is easy to create integration of different platforms easier by using features like API Platform, Custom connectors, Embedded Solutions etc. provided by Workato.
The feauters I like are Custom SDK, API Platforms which helped me a lot in creating and maintaining different integrations.
The customer support is also good, they are very responsive and quick in resolving issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
In some areas it is not very dynamic. Like switching different connectios and use of some libraries in SDK Tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato for integrations of different platform by using either SDK or API platforms. By using those features I can create automate synchronization between two platforms.

It is an excellent platform that solves most of our use cases. I would like to congratulate the support team on two aspects:

Ease of implementation for system integration. With good support and develop the solutions very quickly.

I have seen few limitations while getting data using http connector.

I need to pass data from my ERP to a vendor in JSON format. Workato is able to be the middleware to get all this automated and formatted.
Best of class automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is the best in class automation I've used yet. The product is easy to use and has a ton of pre-built connections to use. It also supports any integration that has an API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building some of those custom integrations via an API can be confusing at first, but becomes second nature once you've done it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato takes care of any and all manual tasks we throw at it.
