User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly & innovative. Customer service is great for any issues you may run into. The team does a great job of making adjustments as necessary. SMS & Email is crucial to my day to day work. Having the learnings built into Phenom is fantastic for new users
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this can be a lot to learn for new users & with all the functions in the system, I feel like it can cause the system to crash more often than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop with all communication for all candidates needs

Very intuitive and user friendly.

So much data can be stored and reported out in many ways.

Capabilities of some sections. Not able to add everything data point.

Phenom is a supercharged TA tool that enables our team to recruit way more strategically!

Sometimes the integration of certain operational changes can take awhile, though this is not out of the ordinary.

There are so many functions that make talent tracking and recruiting so much easier. It enables me to work much more efficiently.

There isn't much to dislike about the platform. It provides all the functionality that I need to be efficient in my role

Talent tracking is very important in my role and Phenom provides the solution I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having AI capabilities with crafting emails. I love the texting capability as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to organize all of my candidates that way I don't have to do double work in workday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier and more efficient to contact candidates. Providing us with a way to contact dozens of leads, adding to our candidate pool that way we can attract more candidates for all of our open positions.

I don't have any issues with using Phenom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom allows us to track our current candidates and love that they send us new leads
Overall, a good CRM but some improvements could be made.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to flawlessly communicate with candidates through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to track large numbers of candidates through Phenom, as certain automations aren't fully working. At this time, we also do not have visibility into when/if a manager received an evaluation request. When rescheduling an interview, it often defaults to making the event private. There have been instances where candidates reply to text messages, but we are not receiveing a notification via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom has been a great scheduling tool, as well as a place to host all candidate application that we may have.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Events section, it allows me to effortlessly create and track multiple events each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the most intuitive to trouble shoot issues. However, the support team is always helpful!

It organizes my candidates and events well.
