What do you like best about the product?
The webinars were great - and the one-on-one customer service rep meetings specific for our company was also a very added bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of information to learn and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applicant flow - especially for our hourly lower level jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI insights are fantastic! It made finding a perfect candidate a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training was tough to follow, and wasn't very intuitive between modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom makes finding similar candidates for niche roles much more accessible and improves my overall search efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can upload spreadsheets into the CRM. I also like how you can use it to track previous candidates you spoke to and follow up with them if another opportunity is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I feel could be improved on is the texting cool. It would be nice if the tool could forward text messages to my phone or the mass text messaging platform easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I'm not sure of any current improvements, to be honest. I appreciate that they are willing to ask users to take a survey to make improvements, though.

The Customer Relationship Manager is a great tool to keep in touch with our applicants and candidates that come through in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had done this earlier! The CRM and career page are great additions to our process.

There are some cumbersome features when making dynamic lists, but overall it is a great database to store candidates for current and future roles.

Sending campaigns regarding hard to fill positions!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Phenom TXM is its ability to detect passive candidates and partial recruitment leads. Additionally, the system allows you to launch campaigns, text leads, and remind candidates to complete their applications. I'm pleased that our company never experienced a lack of qualified applicants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phenom TXM sometimes has issues with the tracking system, so it does not always push through all applicant tracking system data, and we have to resolve the problem manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom TXM is assisting us in moving candidates through the recruitment funnel and maintaining a steady pipeline, so we don't have to invest the time or effort required for sourcing. Consequently, my team and I significantly reduced our work hours spent on CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we are able to view everything from how fit they are for the position to the resume.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it create 2 profiles for some candidates and I am unable to delete or merge them on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the fact that there were courses designed to teach how to navigate through the ATS, however, their goal was to teach you to work smarter instead of harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things that I disliked was that some of the courses were outdated. Some of their "how to's" weren't relevant anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently haven't come across any problems, but the benefits I've realized is that I'm able to be more time-efficient and productive with finding the candidates I need for a specific job that I'm recruiting for.
