Great CRM and Continued CMS Growth
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM email platform has dynamic and customizable templates that greatly reflect our brand. Email has become our best marketing channel for hires and connecting with our active leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS is continuing to develop. As of now the widgets for website content are fairly cut and dry. It's difficult to have your website be engaging and something that WOW's candidates without paying for customized content blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use phenom's platform in a multitude of ways: CRM- connecting with leads through email and SMS, CMS- our website, we have our apply process through Phenom . All of these tools help us build our candidate pipeline and get a lead to a hire.

Phenom is great I love the campaign features.
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Phenom are the AI fit score recommendations. It gives me a quick overview of which candidates are the best fit for my requisition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature in the Phenom application is the inbox feature. Also, the notes feature in multiple sections of a candidate profile is annoying. Needs works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom intelligent talent experience platform is helping me by being able to re-engage candidates who may have not been the best fit at one time but I can reach back out to them.
Great customer service and product
What do you like best about the product?
The process to set up the program was very detailed and helpful. The Phenom team was available to assist with any questions and provided training for every aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the process were tedious. Phenom worked to make sure all questions were asked but our internal team was not prepared for how detailed it would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us build our pipeline of candidates and create a better candidate experience. It's also providing us with extensive metrics to analyze our approach to recruiting.
Phenom Sourcing Review
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to all candidates in the CRM who have applied. I also think the AI discovery is a very useful tool! I think the SMS function is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could filter by candidates who have been recently contacted- for example to exclude candidates emailed on phenom in the past 30 days. I also wish there were a way to see filled jobs and sort by old filled or cancelled jobs to see who applied to those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me find passive candidates or leads who have previously applied that I can reach out to as a sourcer for my company. I have access to a lot more leads than I do through other platforms like Indeed or LinkedIn.
Phenom User - does the job
What do you like best about the product?
I think the platform is a great idea and makes it possible to source active candidates that already know the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the most user friendly yet. I feel like I struggle to find the right people or they are the same people I already know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My current ATS does not allow sourcing through current candidates and I like that I can use Phenom for this.

Not able to comment on what I dislike yet, other than it was a long training.

Resume review and pipelining candidates
The learnings were informative and well developed. Vides were short, sweet and to the point.
What do you like best about the product?
The videos and diagrams provided were useful. As an admin I appreciate documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clicking around of the UI was not intuitive on explorer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new user the problem is having no previous phenom experience. It helps me understand how to use Phenom.

Creating list and sending campaigns to the target audience with customized templates is very fascinating!

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature sometimes doesn't show relevant profiles even if the fitment score is set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating pipeline for the roles and it paves a way for strategic sourcing
I found it very helpful to have many resources and to test my knowledge right at my fingertips.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information that is available to use and wide variety of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
CAn be kind of hard to find certain courses. Also I don't love how the courses are segmented into so many little sections. That made it a bit confusing for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find information I wasn't aware of and tips/tricks.
Phenom is a very user-friendly CRM which helps quickly detect great talent!

What I like best about Phenom are the advanced filter searches that target the specific skills and experience you are looking for as closely as possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I feel that could improve my Phenom experience would be to process candidate offers in the CRM.

Proactively creating pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
