Great Service! Intuitive platform which makes TA life so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the integration with our ATS, also have flexible services (such as CMS), allowing us to improve our brand, UI, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
some CMS functions are blocked from self-service (so you have to spend $$ in customizations). Analytics are limited (but useful), automation is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us data and talent insights which improve our position on the candidate market. Flexibility with content creation using CMS. Improves our overall business performance.

Broad spectrum of candidate communication tools
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has improved the consistency of our communication with candidates and allowed us easy access to data about how effective our communications efforts are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the tools lack ability to customize for volume hiring efforts, which make up a large portion of our reason of use for the platform. Some tools are hard to adapt to use when interviews are being conducted by many parties simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Scheduler in specific is a great tool for individual recruiters to schedule interviews in a way that has improved the process for candidates as well. Having templates available for tools like SMS and emails encourages those that are less comfortable to use these tools since they do not have to draft their own content.

Easy and awesome way to reach candidates and meet them wherever they are and bring them the best candidate experience.

Customers not opted in for SMS or emails makes it difficult. Sometimes too many emails/reminders - don't want to annoy candidates

What do you like best about the product?
My personal favorite aspects of our Phenom platform are: career/job site looks and feels right. It's also very easy to make changes to with their CMS. Next would probably be the campaign functionality. Great personalized email templates for any occasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The parsing function is a bit wonky and the reporting needs work. It's also very pricey. Support requests take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom has helped us build and maintain much better pipelines of talent while elevating our outbound communications. The career site analytics has also helped us work a bit more strategically as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many features and the self serve options they've added are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are not intuitive, often confusing, and change to the point where the experience is not consistent. The support is very lacking and the turnover on the CSM and AM teams is high. This leads to extremely long implementation timelines (6 months - 1.5 years longer than promised). It frequently breaks, that is, Dev makes changes without informing customers or testing properly so nobody catches major errors like search not working until the customer does.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create professional-looking campaigns and drip marketing campaigns. A lot of meaningful improvements since we were early adopters several years ago.
I like the robust Advanced Search capability but fumbled around for a long time, not understanding the difference in the Advanced Search options. In app instructions and prompts need work!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not at all intuitive, needs prompts and help options along the way. It is very customized for our organization which makes it less helpful for me.

Sourcing for candidates in US and MX. The tool is helping me pipeline candidates.

Easy to navigate, user-friendly and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to change project status for more than one candidate at a time or remove more than one from a project at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to bulk decline candidates as well as the fit score options. It makes my job easy and help me reply to candidates in a timely fashion. I also like the ideal candidate option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The two way integration with our ATS is not 100% can be slow at times if changes are made and it's not as easy to review candidates one by one as it is in Greenhouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track passive candidates and sourcing options. As well as the ability to decline candidates based on fit score and skill set. It also has increased our response time to candidates which is helped us hit our goal of 48 hour response time to all candidates in the pipeline.
