Scalability and customization +, let's work towards more intuitive data and easier ATS integration
What do you like best about the product?
Good scalability and ability to customize the candidate and recruiter experience. Overall, ease of use for recruiters or sourcers to navigate the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a more robust analytics and reporting capability as well as a more substantial (more seamless) integration in Workday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass marketing campaigns, job fair, and text messaging capability.

Great reporting functionality and useful campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love Phenom's ability to track applicant sources and its campaign features!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been difficulties for us in getting adoption and in integrating with our ATS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Source tracking & quality analysis, Talent Brand reporting, and email campaign management.
Helpful CRM to stay connected with candidates
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the platform to create lists, review candidates, and visually appealing templates to keep candidates engaged through targeted communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud matching can take months to really hone in on the candidates for a role with AI suggestions. So far this has not been helpful as I need to recruit faster than the technology can provide relevant cloud suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom helps us to stay connected and reconnected with strong candidates to foster longer-term recruitment strategies for our talent pipeline.
Its very helpful to get new profiles and track them.

Without looking at the CV we can know how much CV is fitting against the role with AI fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it takes time to login and load the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes that is actually helpful, sometime it fails to capture keywords in CV.
A robust tool with a lot of potential!
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom provides us the opportunity to nurture our candidates, view their activity from career site visits, applies, sms/email engagement, and more! It has allowed us to automate some communication with content aimed to keep candidates enaged and/or attracted to our candidate journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rollout of enhancements and/or customizations can be lengthy with slow progress and minimal updates. We've experienced drawn-out project timelines that limit our use with certain aspects of the tool and/or impact our users to adopt the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads, being able to provided targeted content based on their job interests or career site activity.
Automated actions based on Candidate action which can include sending specific CRM campaigns to candidates, adding them to specifc lists for Recruiters to keep warm/interact with. and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like owning the brand message, providing a clear and concise marketing message and building the candidate experience. By initiating the candidate journey across our enterprise using a unified approach, we are able to better provide a user journey for our diverse candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest obstacle we have is organizational and not based on the solution itself. It is critical that before considering deployment to communicate the importance of starting minimal, we will build the message, pages and journeys as we go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have the above-the-funnel approach before implementation. If candidates didn't apply to a requisition, we never knew who they were. Why is this critical? You cannot measure what you don't see. If you can review analytics on drop-off, you can refine your approach, your messaging, and your application to get the best conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect with our candidates where they are. Also, the flexibility it has with other operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it takes a while to communicate with other operating systems.

Phenom gathers our applications and allows us to communicate via sms, which enables us to communicate with our candidates on several platforms.

Brings functionality that most ATS don't provide, talent pool cultivation, drip campaigns, lead capture, event management, texting, scheduling and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be cumbersome to set up and go live, reliance on technical teams to integrate with ATS can prove challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cultivating talent and capture leads, making recruiters more efficient and allowing them to track their talent in a variety of ways (also hosting of our career site!)
Satisfactory experience with Phenom
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feedback option and Phenom taking user feedback and making corrections and additions. This helps with a better user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Phenom is not so straightforward, needs a lot of usage and sometimes leaning on other resources to understand navigation within Phenom

Bridging the gap between me as a recruiter and candidates for open position
