A great way to improve your knowledge and expand your skillset
What do you like best about the product?
It is like a one-stop shop. It provides all of the tools and functionalities we need. We can integrate it easily with other platforms we are already using. It's fast and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely takes more time and effort to learn how to use it than expected. Most of the things are easy to grasp and are very intuitive but there are also a lot of quirks that you can only learn by trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our career site, and career blog, set up recruiting events, collect data about the talent, and have data analytics.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up a campaign with multiple drips, the auto scheduler feature and the Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was better at recognizing the same people. Very easy to create a new profile with a different email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The show up rate for candidates who you set up interviews and communicate with through phenom has a much better show up rate than finding people and messaging through other platforms.
CRM Phenom
What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives you upto date CRM tools to help you source and funnel talent. Phenom offers learning videos and articles and keeps users upto date on changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all computer software, there are glitches to be worked out. Sometimes there are delays. Due to Phenom working with a variety of employers, there are various hiring statuses that may not work with your ATS. I would have to say that there are not options to always customize per company. Though it still works as a great platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing ways to help fix any two way communication delays that may occur. Now offering ways for our leads to schedule an interview through chat bot or Career site and then complete the application. This has helped TA focus on marketing and outreach

I like the ability to source from a pool of individuals even if they didn't necessarily apply to the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface was a bit more user-friendly

It helps expand the pool of talent which gives us more options of candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly! When looking for top talent for a challenging position, I like that you can insert an ideal or former employee's resume to match and grade potential leads. I also enjoy finding a lead or candidate name and reaching out to them instantly with an SMS message.

The limit of top skills that can be added to a job profile.

Helps me find passive talent and generate leads.
Great ideas and layout
What do you like best about the product?
I like the bot feature and the pipeline that is created for recruiting purposes. We are able to reach out to all candidates and they can use our website with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great ideas and layout. But when trying to get an account manager to answer some questions and concerns we have had in the past hasn’t been easy or clear to communicate with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On personalizing our ATS system, we have some other requests that took longer to resolve. Once resolved, we have had a lot of success and ease using the phenom platform.
You will need to be able to take the time needed to learn the program.

You can engage with people across a large platform in your own personalized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page content can be tricky at times. It would help if it were more forgiving and user friendly at times.

Phenom is a great way to build campaigns that target your audience. It has helped us to save time in our promotion of events.

What do you dislike about the product?
The resume review takes a little longer. Would've been easier to bulk upload decisions

Fit score is definitely helping to filter out the non relevant resumes
A great tool for sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to quickly find a lead or candidate name and reach out to them instantly with an SMS message. Also, when looking for top talent for a challenging position, you can insert an excellent former employee's resume to match and grade potential leads. Another great feature is seeing potential leads who have not applied. I can send a template with a link to quickly engage and get them to apply to a position.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit to the top skills you can add to a job profile, sometimes, I need to be able to be very specific, so the leads are not an actual match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again the passive leads that come to the careers page are captured and help immensely with identifying talent. Having one database of all candidates, leads, and potentials is vast and saves me time.
Phenom has been super helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in the CRM. Our CSM Val has been great at helping us navigate any issues that come up, as well as providing us insight into new technology that phenom releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a lot of changes to the user interface and that makes it difficult to navigate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send out seamless crm campaigns. Launch events on our career site and build a talent community.
