User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to search and hone in on candidate details and ability to create a lead strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity for training new users that are not technically savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows for searching candidates based on skills, location and areas of expertise. The system also allows for easy reporting on sourcing origins.

Good for job site creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can create a job site as well as engage with internal community
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with indeed zip and other job platforms

Good platform with limits

It is easy for candidates and as a talent platform for recruiters

The video interview is very limited and needs a lot of work.

What do you like best about the product?
Great AI discovery and next level UX. This will be a game changer for the level of talent acquisition experts we have in our Organisation because they don't really know how to source for talents so this is making it easy for them
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that we would recommend from a sourcing perspective that other platforms offer such as right out the box a candidate portal even when we don't have the career site module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very old set up and have never had a CRM in conjunction with our success factors set up. It's cool to see how easy this makes users who are not so used to such platforms easily adopt a new technology that can be sometimes overwhelming for new users who are not used to it.

Love sourcing talent from the CRM. Has been critical to growing our talent and reaching candidates world wide.

Really wish this was a comprehensive ATS.

More comprehensive
High intelligence. Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows a sourcer to use every resource to find new or old candidates. It really captures people who may or may not be interested.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs spell check! That is something I would very much enjoy to have.

I have not had any issues yet. Brand new to Phenom since March of 2023

What do you like best about the product?
The Phenom staff were amazingly friendly and personable. It felt like you knew everyone you spoke with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Filling space due to character req haha

Phenom assists with delivering an excellent candidate experience while allowing the recruiters are more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease and flexibility of use. The filters and spotlights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is ALOT. Break things down smaller when training.

Making finding candidates much easier and faster.

The capabilities seem endless. A lot of great features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the UX is intuitive. Where I instinctively go to find something is not where it is. I wouldn't categorize the system as user-friendly or easy to use, but once you get the hang of it you are good to go.

problem that it is solving is being able to fully tap into internal and external talent that we already have in our database and are not leveraging for sourcing

I like the fact that this software collects applicants that do not finish their application. This gives us an opportunity to reach out to them.

I don't think there is. I really like all the info it has to offer
