Phenom TX Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Phenom TX Platform integrates seamlessly with our CRM, allowing our recruiters to easily and efficiently work between the two systems to save time and increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TX Platform does have a few bugs that need to be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The TX Platform streamlines our recruitment process.

All-in-One Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom enables an all-in-one experience, as with the ability to capture leads, campaign for events, track hiring statuses, communicate across teams, track interviews, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, features/releases have had glitches that could delay workflow processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom solved the pain point of reaching multiple candidates and immediately being able to analyze data.

What do you like best about the product?
It is constantly updating. We are getting ongoing access to new tools and ways to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle with the capabilities of Analytics. I am not able to dig into the information as much as I would like nor does it include the filters I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to automate a lot of our follow up and develop an engagement strategy for the first time as an organization.

The email campaigns have been the most beneficial in getting candidates/applicants to come career fairs.

We've had issues converting information on candidates from our ATS to phenom such as step change updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending to applicants that were never in applicant stage for a job.
Great platform for all sourcing actions
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful platform that supports a global usage of all sourcing and recruiting teams. It brings a lot of new opportunities to work above the funnel

The data privacy especially for Europe is handled differently than we as a company are used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of talent pools, running campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and understand. Being able to add additional products to help in other areas, yet feed into the same database, it very valuable. Love the constant innovation
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I wish the platform had a great deal more data privacy controls. I need to be able to either purge or anonymize a candidate profile using the automation engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently don't have a CRM so this is solving for our core need to pool talent. Additionally, we don't use a scheduling tool, don't have a referral or alumni tool

Staging area doesn't have dashboard; advanced search doesn't allow AND and OR at the same time

An Easy and Engaging UX
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom People is easy to use which makes inclusivity more achievable from a staffing perspective. I don't need to worry about technical knowledge. I can hire users who are creative storytellers and can truly represent our brand as people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any immediate dislikes, or at least none worthy of commenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom saves endless training hours and puts people to work faster.
