I haven't really found anything I dislike yet.

Awesome CRM and talent capabilities. Able to scale globally and engage active talent!

CMS needs improvements. So many tickets I need to submit in order to make enhancements.

Able to tell a better candidate story and recruiter experience. Elevate the candidate journey and engage new talent unfamiliar with our brand
Phenom is a wonderful platform for TA teams who want a one stop shop.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and functionality, the knowledge base, continued product enhancements and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of improvement when it comes to customizations on the CMS, adding in spell checker on the CRM and CMS, and unlocking the ability to see codes and make code changes on the CMS for advanced users.

Providing a better candidate experience, better Workday integration with CRM, application to lead management, more insights into analytics

Lack or organization, not on time with the start . Very crowed spaces not enough chairs other than that it has been a great experience thank you for the opportunity

Phenom has provided an ideal platform for connecting our organization with optimal leads and increasing the space we can effect career wise. This platform is a staple in the recipe for success

There are a few bugs in the video assessment but tech support was able to assist in effective time.

The ability to tell a compelling talent story in our organization rooted with facts.

Knowing all the tools that would save so much time and make my day much more efficient!

This was more focused towards corporate recruiting, I needed a bit more information regarding the early careers programs!

For the moment, we are still learning the full utilizations of the product

User friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings provided are really useful and give you the knowledge you need to use the system. Their support team is also usually pretty quick to respond with any concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can crash or have errors in not being able to send interview scheduler and at times the chat bot goes down

It is helping us to gain new leads that we were not getting with prior crms
