Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for me in Phenom is having the ability to add and track candidates that normally I would have in spreadsheets or manual lists. It is very helpful for me to have somewhere that I can collaborate with others and access all of our talent pool without extra steps and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the filtering was a bit more intuitive. I like to be able to check things off of a list and see my progress. With the way things are set, it doesn't always "check things off" in a way that is easily visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that Phenom solves is the need to go to multiple sites and platforms. Phenom houses everything in one system and with the Chrome extension, I can easily add candidates from sites without having to do anything extra. It is as easy as opening the extension and in most cases dragging their resume over.

Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able ro engage with candidates with ease through texting and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to remove candidates profile from my posted job that are not interested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see candidates who have reviewed my postes position but did not apply. It has created a better candidated pool for me.
Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
This CRM is GREAT. As a sourcer, it has helped me create pipelines, and keep track of and mark my candidates appropriately. We have over 150K leads, and the advanced search feature helps me find people so quickly and precisely what I am looking for. No more spreadsheets or google sheets. Haven't used another platform that compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to get additional training for some of the features, but other than that, I think it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep track of passive candidates and making sure we are continually engaging them by sending out marketing emails. Also, helps with creating the dynamic lists.
Helps Keep Recruiters Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has been a great resource to keep me organized and keep my candidates pipelined. Its features have allowed me to ensure a great candidate experience from our first conversation to the time they apply to a position.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are difficult to use becuase you can only access them in certain areas. Example would be adding tags or what you can and can not do with lists depending on whether they are static or dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is helping me stay organized and ensure that all of candidates whether they applied to the specific position I am working on or if they would be better for a different role are managed in the same way.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create lists and send out campaigns to targeted candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to communicate with company CRM system. The analytics are not always accurate.

Seamless and easy-to-use platform in order to find the right talent

No technical downsides, but the learning curve in the very beginning and having to jump in and out of ATS and the platform

The ability to have insights into all of your candidates, where they are in the pipeline, where other candidates might be hiding in your database is more than valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be more user friendly in terms of resume viewing, however any time that feedback is given, it is taken seriously and valued tremendously. It's not where you start, it's where you finish...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our applicants and keeping in touch with them. Great for keeping people warm in terms of emails and campaigns. Solid tool for content distribution.
