The certifications. I have enjoyed how they are set up.

I honestly dislike that you have to wait 3 days to retake a test.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the platform is its ability to personalize the candidate experience, from job recommendations to communication and engagement. Phenom also helps identify top candidates and provide valuable insights into the recruitment process, enabling recruiters to make data-driven decisions. I also like that the platform's user-friendly interface and customizable workflows make it easy to use and adapt to the unique needs of any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be complex to set up and configure, requiring significant time and resources. I also believe the reporting and analytics capabilities could be more robust and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time-to-hire, improving candidate engagement and experience, and increasing the quality of hires. This not only saves time and resources but also helps create a positive candidate experience, which can improve an organization's employer brand and reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is obvious that a lot of thought went into creating and building out this platform. The automation and ease of use for recruiters can significantly reduce time spent on repetitive and menial tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part of Phenom that I've seen so far is the view of seeing all activity, including emails, notes, interviews, etc. in one place - Recruiters need to dig through lots of data to get the full understanding of a candidate's interactions over a specific timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often spend a great deal of time screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and looking through resumes. Phenom helps to streamline our review of candidates so we can quickly identify the candidates with the experience we are seeking. Furthermore, the screening templates and AI intelligent interviewing capabilities make these tasks much simpler for recruiters and coordinators alike.

Candidate search has lots of filters which help in sourcing candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
No filter for No of years and salary expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of ATS and CRM in the market but Phenom has some very good and multiple features on same platform.

Innovative with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, has a wide range of functionalities. I love that there is always something new coming, there are many great ideas coming from Phenom, and they also implement customer ideas, when it makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy. For a large, global organisation, like ours, the system often feels bloated with all the video interview templates, campaigns, lists, etc having created all public. It would be great, if many changes oculd be limited to user-level - we could create our own email and video interview templates, interview scheduling preferences, etc without interfereing with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interview scheduling and video interviewing tools save us time, and not having to switch between applications to enjoy these benefits is great. We used to search for talents (even internals) using LinkedIn, not being able to search in our database properly, it is great to be able to utilise all the data we have.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have a new view for candidates who apply to positions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many candidates have already been sourced by another recruiter, therefore giving you the "stop sign" or allowing you to reach out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom is attaching candidates to the database the company uses.

The course content helped me learn how to navigate the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with courses.

Phenon is giving me more access to candidates who don't complete the application on my job career site.
I have enjoyed learning more about Phenom and all of it's capabitlies.

I really liked the feature that allows you to set up an email campaign and SMS. As well as the sourcing function
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that it could be more user friendly by integrating with LinkedIn Recruiter better since that is where the majority of our sourcing happens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom is simplifying sending out outreach through different channels for Recruiters. For my company, it is allowing us to build a consistent pipeline on reqs across the organization.m

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of making lists - not just static but also dynamic. My favorite feature is the ability to select from professional templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about the system. The only challenge at least initially, was not having access to the CRM while trying to learn some of the training modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it creates a system of efficiency. For me, that solves the problem of not having enough time. I can reach out to a larger population of candidates and track them.
Great platform and getting better

Phenom seems to be adding new functionality to make the user experience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to customize the career site more.

They provide us an easy to use and quick career site.
