What do you like best about the product?
The context management. The sentiment analyzer is also good
What do you dislike about the product?
Only supports javascript and no proper documentation. Also after training entities, some entites in my input were still not getting recognized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created a simple bot. It is good thinking about the provided database and all.

User-friendly to build a chat flow and create a chatbot for any usecase

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to learn and implement with minimal exposure to coding in the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firefox doesn't fully support the the platform and hence sometimes bot got disconnects from the sandbox in between training the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this can be used to minimize the customer support executives to interact with the customers on repeated/trivial issues. so it also can be used in the cost cutting with effective productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Great experience. The technology is state of the art. One can easily adopt and internalize their conversational AI platform. Highly recommended. But what I love the best is their altruism. Yellow Messenger truly believes in optimizing and helping businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any bad experiences so I can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Yellow Messenger, businesses can back their business continuity planning at these trying times. Besides, automation is a definite yes to bring operations up to scale. But no one to do it better than YM. They're products are detailed and highly flexible to fit any need.

What do you like best about the product?
Really surprised to see the kind of possibilities enabled to build a Chatbot that would cater to most of the problem statement. Learnt about the journeys and intent and the training helped in fast track the training very much. Would really recommend for ChatBot solution

Documentation is not clear.
The NLP aspect would i believe would improve in the coming years

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the user interface design and very simple drag and drop features so that you can see the bot conversation flow quickly and re-design. Also, you can share with anyone to test your bot. Looking at delivery plan, it can be deployed within a month time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that more features to be added at bot configuration level to bring down to low coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Yellow Messenger to build chat bot across domains that will be useful for end users to quickly connect with Bot or Agent to resolve their queries.

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud functions are a blessing to developers.

The platform gets upgraded often which makes it better every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's a way to toggle between the same step & cloud function where we left off, it would be better.

Also, more documentation about various concepts would be helpful. A lot of it seems incomplete.

Since the platform gets upgraded often, it would be better if we get a Mail/Notification about the latest updates & features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Yellow Messenger is a ready to use, developer friendly platform, I could spend more time on building the Bots than work on setup etc.

I've worked on building bots for BFSI Usecases and I could add in security features like OTP, Timeout etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. They have an amazing ready-to-use platform with brilliant support and technology.
