Developing platform, great team, great value
What do you like best about the product?
It's a proactive and good working team you can rely on. Vertice services help a lot to gain visibility to our SaaS stack and takes the burden of negotiating contracts or comparing solution providers. And last but defnitely not least it saves us efforts and money,.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing that I don't like when using Vertice services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice provides an easy-to-use and developing platform to gather our SaaS contracts, keep track on renewals and spends. There are also experienced procurment managers that are fast in requirements gathering on new or in-place contracts and take over the effort to compare terms and pricings for the services we use. So we get insights and conditions we probably should have in that easy way without Vertice and become aware of solutions that we might not have seen ourselves. And at the same time, besides cutting down our spends, it saves us time.

Tangible results, quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice gives us insight into all our SaaS contracts and renewals as well as benchmakring and negotiation on our behalf. The team are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the service and identifying all relevant contracts etc. is cumbersome but this is not the fault of Vertice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertices saves me time in negotaiting both new contracts and renewals and also due diligence and benchmarking of costs. This means I can focus on other tasks and still be confident in our cost management.
Easy to use subscription purchasing & management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice lets us see all our current subscriptions in one platform, but also takes the hassle out of negotiating new platforms and renewals by handling the complete SaaS purchasing journey.
They have saved us countless $$ on renewals, been able to negotiate far better rates than we would have got as an individual purchaser, and also got better payment terms associated with the deal.
The team has been great to work with; the platform is super easy to understand, so it's a win-win really.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the initial upfront payment when you are unsure of their purchasing power and whether they can live up to their promise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice takes the problem of managing many SaaS contracts into 1 place, giving you visibility across expiry dates, contract terms and total spend.
They also remove the pain of asking for discounts and better terms to reduce your contracted cost to a supplier.
