Highly Recommend Vertice for help with Vendor Procurement and Saving Money!
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice came in at the perfect time. My business needed help cleaning up our SaaS stack, organizing our contracts, getting a high-level dashboard of what we have and when we renew, and (most importantly) saving money. Vertice came in with a guarentee to save us X dollars over 2 years, a lovely UI dashboard, and a willingness to help which was unmatched by their competitors. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
They are a young company who are in the process of growing. With that, some features you would expect to be available are not available from day one. There were also time zone issues with our reps communicating for a bit, but that has since been resolved as they expand to the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice both helps us clean up our Vendor management and procurement process, but also guarantees to save us money. They take care of the negotiation side of vendor procurement.

What do you like best about the product?
The personnel and working with them is very pleseant and proffesional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike but I think the Vertice platform that provides insights to usage and licenses assignment is not good enough. There are tools in the market that provide a much better coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veritce are helping us to bridge the gap we have by not having an internal procurement team.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we started working with Vertice we have a clear overview of our stack and we are receiving contact support from our Purchasing Manager and Account Manager at Vertice. The communication with the team is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I missed some more onboarding material which we could share with our stakeholders and users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great experience with Vertice over the last 3 months.
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Vertice for 3 months and we've had good results so far. Platform is easy to use and interact with and we also recently went live with their usage analytics feature where usage/licences are being monitored to avoid costly true-ups at renewal and identify further savings opportunities. AM team is proactive which is also great to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a high dependency on the business/Procurement teams to engage initially, where they are required to initiate the renewal rather than Vertice. Reminders in the platform/engagement from the V team would help.

Our business really needed this after growing so much and lost track of all our contracts
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have all contracts, owners, renewal dates etc finally in one place. The team is responsive and I love they are on Slack and easy to approach. We had so many contracts that somebody just ticked a box for when signing up and agreed to general terms when we were a tiny business and a lot of these contracts were not looked at again after. It's good to be forced to have a good clean up and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I underestimated the amount of work that would be involved for us. At the start it's a lot of work to get everything set up and give Vertice the information they need. This is not something they can be blamed for however and it just shows how much we needed a solution like this and have all this information in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all contracts and renewal dates, benchmarking renewals and new contracts.

The service provided frees our team to focus on the business and minimises the time spent on negotiations and contract discussions.

At times our expectations of achieving better deals do not match the reality.

They are dealing with the negotiation with new and renewal contracts, freeing our team to focus on the business.
The best SaaS consolidation + negotiation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact, that they are making my/our lives easier by negotiating, consolidating and managing all of our SaaS contracts, all in one place. They structure everythng and checkin in with me on various requirements, as needed, and only as needed, so I can spend my time on doing other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Vertice. Nothing.

They negotiate our SaaS spending and contracts with the vendors. They structure all contracts for us in a nice overview with various tags and contract owners included. They facilitate the contract signing process as well, all compliant with approver limits, contract owners and contracts watchers.

They negotiate better prices for our SaaS renewals and for new tools, they save us money and time by doing that and they help us track our SaaS spend in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides an excellent way of visualising all your upcoming renewals, meaning that you can pro-actively think about upcoming negotiations (vs a reactive approach, which is often riskier). The team provides excellent support, and collaboration so far is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time for the team / platform to fit into your existing Procurment process but once this is set up there are no issues.
