What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on the Vertice team is highly professional, and we have always felt well-guided during the onboarding process. It's great to not have to spend excessive time with vendors negotiating contracts and to have confidence that we are paying the right price for our SaaS.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major things to report here. I am eager to see additional features enrich the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, our vendor management was siloed per team, and each team would spend a lot of resources negotiating new contracts without knowing if we were paying the right price.

Now, with Vertice, we have eliminated all of this manual labor and can easily engage in contract renewals through the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Expert help negotiating new and existing vendor contracts while also incorporating automated reminders via email and Slack to ensure you don't accidentally automatically renew contracts. Easily visualize your pipeline of upcoming contract renewals in Vertice's platform. Easy to implement and a great customer success team to ensure you're succesful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surfacing pricing benchmarks would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is assisting us with optimizing our SaaS spend across our tech stack and across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Vertice have a can do attitude. They are very experiences in the areas they cover, with excellent industry knowledge and experience

Vertice are effectively now an extension of our team working closely with us on renewals, new business and best practice.

The Vertice platform is well designed, integrates with systems we have and provides timely data to guide contract agreement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertice are excellent to work with - I do not have anything to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to a reduced team side we are using Vertice as an extension of our procurement team, a role they fulfill very well.

What do you like best about the product?
The people! Everybody is super flexible and they also adapt to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Everything has been working well. Initially I think you will always have to understand and adapt to each other way of working but after that is savings and more savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us with our renewals so we can have savings and get the best deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice provides a clean and usable interface for managing our tools.
Vertice's industry knowledge and management of negotiations is a game changer - it saves us a lot of time and energy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there are a few minor tweaks that are being made to the product to improve it - once these are implemented, I will have no constructive criticism!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The amount of time spent managing tools.
- The amount of time spent on renewing and negotiating tools.
- Understanding tool pricing benchmarks.
- Proactively flagging renewal / auto-renewal dates, allowing us to cancel or make critical contract changes to our tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Vertice is the collaboration dynamic, we've always had a great team culture here @ Babylon, and working with Vertice feels just like dealing with an extension of the team.

They are capable of handling the rapidly shifting business & stakeholder demands and are patient when there is a lack of clear direction.

The team has a good attitude, temperament, and willingness to support, we also appreciate their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toughest aspect with these types of services (which will be tough for any service provider in this field to solve for) is:

'How do you replace the intangible institutional knowledge that an internal team would have built over time?'

Although I do not think there is an easy answer to this Vertice makes the effort to understand business needs carefully, and over time I'm confident they will develop the 6th sense of the unwritten rules of operating within Babylon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice help us to project-manage our complex renewal calendar and ensure that we are dealing with vendors in a timely manner in order to avoid putting ourselves into low-leverage situations.

We quantify the business requirements including sign-off criteria and allow Vertice to negotiate the commercial terms.
