Using the platform at first, it's sometimes complicated to understand when a task needs to be completed

Workflow platform are not easy to use at all, user guides are missing

We used Vertice for the procurement of our SaaS spend. The team are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Their product is easy to use and the team were able to help us with benchmarking, negotiations and custom workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little slow to load at times but that is very minor.

Oversight of our contracts, procurement spend, when contracts are up for renewal, benchmarking, supplier relationships, negotiation and usage data.

Vertice is playing a key role in managing and optimising our SaaS spend via managing new purchases, renewals and expiries of our SaaS vendors.

Negotiations are handled by Vertice instead of the organization.

Signed contracts for amounts less than $15k must be manually updated by the organization.

Removing the cognitive load it places on individuals around negotiation.

As a normal startup in the beginning, we had a lack of cost control and oversight of the SaaS tools every department was using. First, it helped us to have everything in one place and provided clear information about the costs. It was also very helpful with renewal negotiations.

All our SaaS systems are documented in one place, with clear cost visibility and an intuitive navigation that makes it effortless to use from the start.
Thorough and collaborative onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
Very structured onboarding with check-ins, assigned tasks, and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very minor dislike but this does take "work". The less organized you are in your systems, the more work it will take to GET organized in the Vertice system. Just do the work. It's worth it.
