The integration with SOAP and REST as well as any data integration platform makes this tool the versatile API Manager. This API manager provides lot of features and best for production workloads. The pricing part is also reasonable for the features. It integrates with Microsoft Active directory which makes the adminstration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The distributed version of API manager docker containers are yet to released by WSO2 .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated third party payments and other systems like fraud detection API using this tool/platform.The rate limiting features and analytics features provided by api manager is just awesome. The development and the deployments of application is quite easy and fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other options like Apigee or Kong API manager and choose whatever tool which meets your requirement. But this tool covers all features for the any other API manager and is one of the best in API manager market.

What do you like best about the product?
First of All WSO2 API Manager is an opensource product, and provide security, API life cycle Management , caching and lots of features which are great for any open source product, I love the back bone of the application which is Java, i also love that WSO2 provide other tools and application to facilitate API Manager such as Identity server for advance authorization / authentication solution and EI etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology and frameworks which are used in development are only used within the WSO2 ecosystem which make it a little difficult to debug or enhance it. On one hand they used Java which is best option and on other hand they user Jaggery JS which no one use in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well securing API was an issue on EI so we used API Manager for securing our API and it is quite useful and we have a huge success in it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are going to use APIManager in enterprise do get wso2 subscription as community version has alot of bugs
