Having all the Jamf tools to manage our Mac and mobile devices in our district.

There is a lot of information to take in on the front end, but once you get settled all is good

Deploying new machines and maintaining current machines for our teachers and staff.

Hand Pro has an amazing user friendly interface making it seamless to manage and deploy multiple devices.

Would love more direct access to training.

Deploying policies, changes, and apps to Macs
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with Jamf housekeeping like push notification and DEP renewals. Devices that refuse to check in.

Managing a fleet of devices with a small staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Connect allowed us to seamlessly migrate away from binding without having to use open source tools with unknown life expectancies.

Still waiting for the ability to pass auth from FV2 into JC.

Simplification of user creation, login, and admin elevation.
It just works
What do you like best about the product?
It works, it allows me to not force help desk to manually setup and bind to AD. Saving us time and headaches

I really don't have a dislike, only time I had an issue is when an update messed elevation up

As said before, preventing binding to AD
