Jamf Pro Made Mac Administration Possible
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Jamf Pro has a relatively easy access to start administering Macs. I love the granular control that it gives me over my fleet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf can be very expensive. This creates a high barrier for entry for many organizations.

Jamf is a great tool for beginners and advanced admins. Easy to use and reliable

Enterprise pricing could be better, but overall well worth it. No real dislikes

Jamf allows minimal admins to manage and deploy Mac's in any environment

What do you like best about the product?
Where to start!? The community is one of the best things about it for sure. Also, the amazing scope of features and the ability to customize so much of it make life a lot easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest shortcoming for me has always been patching, but that space has improved quite a bit in the past year and the fault is mostly with Apple anyhow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to smoothly and securely onboard, update, and maintain a very large fleet with a zero-touch experience for my users.

The plans and alerts are great for catching things before they become a problem

There's so many features it may be overwhelming

Jamf has made device management for remote users much easier.

I like that I can manage our devices remotely.

That I don't have as many features to manage iOS as available for MacOS

End users are able to complete their work and I'm able to provide them with the tools they need yo completer their tasks.

Best documentation I've found. No complaints. If something doesn't work it's usually our fault.

Finding out when something is our fault can be a bit hard sometimes

Jamf connect has saved me from pulling the rest of my hair out.

Password sync issues are Over!!
What do you like best about the product?
We are very excited to use JAMF connect as we have had issues in the past with password sync for our business. We are so thankful for JAMF building out a solution to be able to sync with SSO.

Beyond JAMF, limitation, but wish it could work in the file vault lock screen
