A True Cloud Cost-Optimization and Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
There are other cloud management solutions in the market, yes. But existing cloud management tools are like cloud tax. You pay the license fees whether you are actually saving or not. nOps only charges you a fraction of the savings you make. nOp also leverages its scheduler to pause idle resources, and you are not locked in into some yearly plan that only goes up as your cloud footprint increases. With nOps, you have risk free commitment. It's really a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, really. The product is new, but has a lot of potential.

It's helping us use our resources effectively to make money.

What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, it’s hard to spend time dedicating resources to optimize cloud spending. nOps share save is really good at optimizing AWS spending, we are happy customers. Additionally, they have the best customer support team we have ever experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are saving over 50% which is the best we can ask for. Nothing to dislike:)

What do you like best about the product?
nOps platform made it seamless for us to connect all our AWS Accounts and provide cost, security, reliability and performance insights across all the AWS resources. It helped us in preparing and mitigating findings for getting certified for AWS Well-Architected Framework Review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the findings were false positives and it is non-trivial at times to provide disposition or flag a finding as not applicable

nOps helps in getting a bird's eye view of all the Cloud resources with easy to use reports and analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Saving money, the ability to get a detailed report sent to our email that is color coded makes it very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The savings plan billing and how it shows the shared cost can be kind of confusing. Would be better to just show specific line item for Nops cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest benefit for us being a small company and small DevOps team is in the email reporting showing us where we can save money on the fly.

nOps AI technology covers observability needs that our customers and team require. Using the platform, Managed Services team has centralized account management and, taking advantage of automation, reduced by 35% the time consumed for cloud reports. nOps is our favorite tool for conducting Well-architected Reviews.

User account management has opportunities for improvement; it is not easy to have integrated SSO and unique users into accounts.

nOps provides up-to-date information that enables rapid decision-making, cost-saving opportunities and early detection of security vulnerabilities.

nOps found a way of centralizing AWS accounts while showing vital measurements for each, facilitating the achievement of operational excellence without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes getting used to; it is not as intuitive as one might think; on the other hand, it's not rocket science, and all the precious dashboards make it worth the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my time using nOps for my daily tasks, nOps has helped me right-size services and understand anomalies with billing and usage without having to do deep research and analysis within each account, it is all there in an orderly manner.
Managing and Monitoring the accounts become super easy
What do you like best about the product?
Security review and cost details per service/resources/region/account wise, made life easy. We can easily create reports and get cost change from single dashboard and save money more than invested. Overall good ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing which I don't like or want improvement is regarding the downloading the report to add in PPT's. Basically the way we are monitoring on dashboard, need report too in same format will make life more easy. Also if possible to give better API format to generate customise reports will make this tool super powerful and editing some names of resources and tagging features on dashboard will add some extra stars in rating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically we have more than 5 AWS accounts and managing the infra, compliance and there costs in large teams is difficult to manage, this tool make the life super easier and best fit for our problem.
