One can build a robust and intelligent applications like a chatbot without having prior experience in programming. There are user interface based tools available which eases the process of app development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to be disliked . The flows between the paths for the conversation in chatbots could have been improved a bit more as an enhancement I would say.

IBM Watson is providing No code low code development tools to build intelligent cognitive systems which can be used to solve real world problems. We are able to build scalable automated applications which is helping us.

IBM Watson Assistant is a very helpful tool. It has so many features but the best one would be the implementation of artificial intelligence to create a smart chatbot that will provide you with fast and insightful answers without having to go through the hassle of going through the wait time. The service is available on various platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Watson Assistant is a little expensive, it seems like their target customer pool is big companies as opposed to smaller companies that actually require a smart chatbot to help since they have a lower staff rate. Another major disadvantage would be the fact that Watson can only be implemented in English. Unfortunately, a lot of people might not be that well versed with English or even technology for that matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watson Assistant will help classify problems, as only the problems that are of utmost priority will be sent to a human, whereas if the problem is solvable by Watson then the load on the human decreases. Using of Watson also reduces in the wait time and the time required to get to a solution.

Diversify in terms of languages that would be available to a user
Really cool way to automatically respond to user queries

What do you like best about the product?
So, it was basically my first professional job at BAS Sarl, we were working on a POC for a local telecom operator. I was a complete newbie in the domain, just a quick tutorial and I was ready to develop assistants and connect them with facebook messenger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, from a technical perspective, dialogs are easy to be created, but when working with context variables and cross-referencing context variables between nodes or dialogs could be hectic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built the assistant to replace telecom operators and provide quick responses and handle time of queries or support tickets. Also we built the assistant for a local retailer which helped a lot in handling human resources stuff

IBM Watson Assistant is easy to understand with the help of their great documentation. I liked how they implemented the training process and you can get it running in a very short time

As for me, there are not any downsides to IBM Watson Assistant and it is better if you can add more video tutorials in several languages so that users can quickly get it running.
