Great Experience With ZoomInfo Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The ease of use in setting up the feature as well as the support provided, only added to our positive exerience. This past year, entering a new verticle, the data that zoominfo provided was essential to being able to get to market in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality. Hospitality is a complex industry for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. By combining LinkedIn and Zoominfo we were able to overcome some of these barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In entering a new vertical, we did not have the long standing relationships. Zoominfo helped us break into the industry by giving us information to be able to reach out to the appropriate individuals as well as the background to be able to talk intelligently in the area.
