What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo information is update, accurate and highly creditable. The contacts that they show as hot are receptive to calls and they actuall reply as the hot status indicates. The platform is to use, and you can create cutomized workflows that send dy or weekly updates/ The training is world class as is the support if you need individual sessions. I have easily intergrated in to my weekly flow and my team asked me regularly for updated contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides I am excited to see how they will use AI future.
