What do you like best about the product?
1. An intuitive, informative, user-friendly interface; with only relevant data populated under the originator details of threat vector.
2. Ability to drill down and further investigate similar threats in other endpoints on the tenant.
3. Comes in the same console as the entire security suite, even if purchased later.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. TM Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) could have included vulnerability capturing (CVE) as available in the TM Extended Detection and Response (XDR)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TM Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) as a part of the TM WorryFree Business Services Suite is Advancepts' primary Endpoint security product offering. All the Managed Services clients have been moved to TM WEBS with EDR; as we have realized that the Product, OEM & TM Business teams are aligned to provide the end-user best adoption experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trend Micro Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) server 80% of all the security purposes, including ransomware, but Trend Micro Extended Detection and Response (XDR) is a much more feature-rich suite that includes TMs own SoC and Vulnerability (CVE) aggregation; hence, if you have the budget (which you will if you are not considering other Gartner leader competitors) go for XDR.

What do you like best about the product?
The trendmicro having te regular update latest virus definitions which it makes teh industry leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
While updating the virus definitions and scanning it slow down the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It collects higher confidence alertsand correlate xdr activities for one or more vectors like as email, server, network etc.

Solution is expensive, intredation and deployment is bit confusing

Make investigation of incidents easy and show all the risks, easy to work user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, Pricing and a proper training course should be delivered to everyone who is buying this to its make easy for the new staff to start working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all the alerts in one console makes it easy to identify the risk of all endpoints, servers, and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the XDR to other organizations that don't have a proper SOC Team and want to integrate all Trend Micro Products and investigate.
XDR is a single pane of glass for all our Trend Products

Lack of training and feature release notices.

One place to view all alerts and investigations details with appregate data in once place
Vision One (XDR) - A modern solution to combat modern threats.
What do you like best about the product?
Able to seamlessly collect data and notify just about all activity across all our business operations (Email, Cloud, End-User Points, Servers, Networks).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major thus far...setup and tuning just took some time and is still an ongoing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a big need to 1) deal with modern threats that simple AVs cannot "see" and gain visibility of activity just about any device on all of our platforms (hybrid, cloud and physical on-prem)
