Great tool for incident response
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily monitor your network anywhere and anytime. You can view the map summary of the incident. They continuously update the features of the system
What do you dislike about the product?
Having some problems with enabling the XDR on some workstations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The historical view of the incident and gathering artifacts. It makes the investigation easier. Also, you can monitor your network anywhere.

Gives more visibility on potential security threats and emerging threats

There is nothing to dislike yet since the product is continously improving still

It helps block threats that users might encounter while using the internet or connecting devices on their laptops

It plays its role in providing security over our network and across our internet. Also, it is manageable and easy to use. It is convenient to our organization.

The problem we encounter during using of this product is sometimes we encounter slowing of our unit / devices. Also, it blocks our external storage like flash drives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security it puts on our network and filtering all malicious or unknown viruses it blocks. Even though our unit runs slow it benefits the security we needs for our safety.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, it's an effective tool to provide our clients with an efficient and reliable work environment by providing the best means to detect the cyber threats our clients usually encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, however what I dislike is how our customer/client feedback with XDR since they are used to go through with their old habits, some of their similar practice tend to chunk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it's a threat defense platform, it greatly benefits us because we receive fewer customer/client complaints. Also, It'll assist us in providing more reliable data before the breach occurs.

As a user trend micro helps me of modern cyber threats by providing a comprehensive and integrated approach to threat detection and response. By integrating data from multiple security layes.
Vision One as Efficient Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that consolidates threats and detections. We can detect endpoints and check all possible entries to different Trend Micro tools to identify the problem and investigate the incident. TM provides good service as well. It has directed research to understand the impacts and decide on the best action.
What do you dislike about the product?
TM has a well-defined strategy for improving and incorporating new product features. For now, I don't have any dislikes. All we just needed was to be familiar with the use of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly utilize Trend Micro XDR to correlate events from other security products such us DDI, Deep Security, and etc. to discover incidents early. It ease the investigation and it gives resolution as well for detections.
Vision One: Giving an effective approach to incident response
What do you like best about the product?
Because it allows an effective incident and threat view from a centralized and single pane of glass for several trend micro products, while giving relevant information about vulnerabilities found and insights about possible threats compared to the information found on each console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike, but it would be great if you could enable more beta previews to test different new features before release. Also, it would be great if you could add more integrations with third-party vendors compared to the current offer available on the console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralized view to see different possible threats on several trend micro products on a single pane of glass, giving context about potential risks and their scores to reduce the attack surface management.
