So much room for innovation & to grow your data analytic skills
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Seeq is the ease of access and aesthetically pleasing way to organize data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I dislike about Seeq is building intricate screens can be timely and a bit complex. Also, the time it takes for some data to queue is a bit long, depending on the data pool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeq allows me to pull multiple data sets, identifying trends and periods of similarity, which broadens my ability to organize data for troubleshooting. It's much easier to display this data on Seeq than to build elaborate spreadsheets that ultimately just crash your excel.

Helpful, easy to use and seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Data loads quickly and troubleshooting is made easy with graphs
What do you dislike about the product?
unable to easily print graphs at size needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Equipment trending, problem solving, trending system changes
Wonderful Migration Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I worked mostly with the support people as I am in IT and performed the migration. The support and project manager personnel are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the config changes to data sources requires too much manual intervention. But I'm having to dig into detail to come up with something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a business person but our business loves it. There is even so much available in SEEQ that our business hasn't tapped into yet and hope to soon.
SEEQ Review
What do you like best about the product?
The very stable connection and quick on large amounts of historical data retrieval
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup for the DCS connection is not easy. Maybe this is due to the security requirement

Process control troubleshooting
Good SAAS product for process data advanced analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
Very nice GUI, good features. We have been using Seeq for over 3-4 months and it feels like a well thought out product in its class. The help functions and online training is quite a plus for its users. The product genuinely tries to give power to its users which is nice. The updates from R54 to R58 onwards included good features which are suggested by the customers- so big thumbs up for the developers
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeq Organiser GUI comes with some gremlins. Things don't line up properly (perhaps it's me)
Seeq don't give 'view only + full ' licenses package' - perhaps they can consider this licensing structure with appropriate pricing . (I am saying this becomes not everyone is developing analysis & most of the people who are not familiar with the development of analysis, only wants to play around in viewing only mode) if Seeq would do this, it would help its customers to foresee data democritzation & help uptake of this system over a wider audience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business wanted to view process data from different data sources / different plants/ different historians into a single platform (I.E Seeq) , so a single platform can be used & utilised by elite team to develop advanced analysis. Those analysis were then deployed throughout the business areas.
We were sick and tired about limiting features in excel.- excel isn't appropriate for all of analytical needs and resource consuming.Seeq has been a better solution.

Seeq is the best analytical tool for oil and gas process improvement that I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
The appropriate combination level between Python API in Seeq DataLab and Seeq Workbench Analysis tool makes the data science model implementation much better, faster, and more convenient than the conventional process. In addition, it can be completed from scratch to production with minimum involved parties and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend API or the add-on code should be more open-source for the users to modify to best suit individual business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeq transformed the way we monitor plant processing parameters and troubleshoot problems. It is a bridge tool that smoothly connects data science and process engineering.
I would give a 10 if there was more availability for support in the Australasia region
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look and feel. I like that it can import data to map over analysis data. I can create a data set to add manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better help documentation. Some tools need more how to and what it's doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many different things, from ad-hoc analysis to Pump Efficiency and water consumption.
Amazing app for process engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great design. Lot of handy calculation and analysis tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easily customizable. The configuration for connecting to data sources is not flexible enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to monitor process parameters and find root causes for low yield issues.
Powerful analytical tool for process engineers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of the interface make it great for anyone to pick up the language of Seeq and apply it to their processing application. After using it for just a couple of weeks, it was easy to dive into the application and use it to begin problem-solving our processing issues. The customer service team is also excellent. Anytime we struggle to figure out how to create a complex formula or dashboard, it is easy to get a hold of someone from Seeq who will walk you through how to figure it out. I use Seeq daily, whether it's monitoring our process lines, problem-solving an issue, or conducting complex Six Sigma studies. I would highly recommend Seeq, especially for process engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have yet to come across has been trying to download large amounts of data; it can sometimes take a while to load. However, the Seeq team has been accommodating in trying to improve this for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeq is helping us gain visibility into the vast amounts of data that our processing lines are gathering each second. It has helped us take this data and transform it into something useful that can be applied to improve efficiency and reduce problems in our manufacturing plant.
South East Water review
What do you like best about the product?
Seeq has an ease of use is the best feature I find in the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike with Seeq.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role the main issue is how quickly our users get up to speed with using Seeq. I developed a very quick guide that I give to new users and they rarely come back for more information.
