It's important to mention that the customer support is top-notch; they promptly respond to any reported issues and address them as quickly as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some not-really critical issues with recognition since our case requires some correction of files provided in the pre-processing stage. Sometimes, it is too many emails.
