What do you like best about the product?
Zluri can help me to manage the costs on software. and another things.
What do you dislike about the product?
some integrations that still dont exist with some apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cost management is one problem that zluri will solve for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is a great product with a lot of amazing features. It does take time to set up, but the Zluri team walks you through the whole process. A couple of the key features I like are that, with the Zluri app and browser extensions, you can really see the applications running in your environment. Two, the onboarding and offboarding of employees through Workflow is going to save us a lot of time and provide accuracy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with Zluri so far, and the team is great. If I had any dislike, it would be why I didn't know about Zluri a year ago. The earlier you get started, the more applications you have connected and the more spending information you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is really helping me manage my SaaS licensing and spending. The bonus feature I found valuable was the ability to onboard and offboard employees, interns, and contractors. This will be a big win for our compliance team.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri: a game-changer in managing your SaaS applications. Proven indispensably valuable for our organization, it has particularly revolutionized the user onboarding and offboarding processes.

Zluri differentiates itself through a remarkable feature: it streamlines the often laborious, time-consuming task of adding and removing users from diverse applications—an operation that consumed a significant fraction of our IT team's valuable time. Now, instead of logging into each application individually; Zluri seamlessly manages this process for us.

Moreover, Zluri acts as a protective shield against onboarding and offboarding errors; it reduces the chances of missing crucial steps or misconfiguration – a frequent incident during user Onboarding or Offboarding – through its automated workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manageability of some integrations, such as sync intervals, but in the grand scheme of things, these relatively minor issues do little to overshadow Zluri’s overall effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient Onboarding and Offboarding, Time Savings. Streamlined Application Management which includes the automated license management feature, ensuring that we don't overspend on licenses we no longer need.

Zluri still has a bit of work to be done

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is great for SaaS discovery and recording what users have access to applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri is definitely still in it's infancy, and it attempts to do everything at the cost of doing any one thing well. Unfortunately you don't have to look too far to find pain points.

Depending on the size of the SaaS estate at your organisation, it can also be a garguantian task to implement Zluri, especially so if you're moving from a fairly disorganised and unreliable source such as Excel or Google Sheets. Zluri do offer a large number of integrations which greatly help with this, but there will still be a large amount of manual reconciliation of user access required for everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Zluri, my organisation used a Google Sheet to record JML access to only a portion of the 500+ services accessed by employees during their work day. Zluri allowed us to track shadow IT far more accurately, while also having a more accurate digital record of access.

What do you like best about the product?
Like many other companies our SaSS roster had become an unmanageable black whole and it was difficult to see which users had access to which apps, our overall software spend, and a place to keep track of our vendor contracts and renewal dates. Using Zluri for license management purposes

What do you like best about the product?
The vast options we have with this tool, the optimiazion options etc. the support is really good, always getting help or answers to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The down side is the accuracy, sometimes the data is not 100% right (but getting there).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving with knowinh which users have a specific system accunt and doesnt have an Okta account, which can help with saving a license and securiy wise as well.
Overall the system solve the unused/underuse licenses problem.

Some API connections require a more setups than others.

What I like most about Zluri is the ability to gain insights into software usage combined with spend which enables us to realize true value across our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A challenge for us is to cipher and sort through the tremendous amount of data picked up by the tool so that we can present clear and relatable content for our stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is solving the following for us: app discovery, usage, cost and license optimization, workflow automation, capability mapping, forecasting per entity, actual cost per user.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Simple and well documented process for adding applications to the service. Quickly able to add applications and start monitoring and utilizing the data being provided.
Simple workflows make onboarding and offboarding more automated for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri has a good breadth of application connections and would like to see more depth. I want to be able to have more functionality with some of the applications connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is helping us with onboarding/offboarding, application management, and spend management. We now have a view across our SaaS stack and information for each user. Additionally, we now have a traceable accounting of our onboarding and offboarding process.
