SaaS management simplified
What do you like best about the product?
The correlation of data -- contracts, renewal monitoring, usage insights, shadow IT and workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The product works better than expected and the support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has helped us to be more accountable financially and also from an onboarding and offboarding perspective. It also helps solve the shadow IT.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare with other leaders in the SaaS management space and you will be pleasantly surprised by how much more complete Zluri's offering is.

What do you like best about the product?
Insights into our SaaS spending from Shadow IT and things such as license usage. One of the best things was the setup and onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found little to dislike at this time, very pleased with the journey so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shadow IT, under usage of assigned licenses and SaaS budget tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
A single place to manage all of our licensed Applications, Contracts, Invoices. Also the feature that suggests us on ways to save money by effectively managing licenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but I think Zluri would be complete if we have an ability to also do license procurement along with negotiations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is very easy to work with and their customer success team is very helpful and attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few things in the app that were not functioning but the team we were working with gave us very quick attention and helped right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri allows us to see all of the apps that our employees are using and helps us track the spend for each.

The experience was efficient and thorough.
What do you like best about the product?
The app integration was easy for the apps we had admin access

It was difficult to add apps that we did not have the correct access to and the process can take a long time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see users who still have licenses in some apps who have left the company. We are also seeing that there are multiple apps of the same type which allows us to remove the redundancies

- UI can sometimes be buggy. I assume this will be fixed with time, but can be annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Zluri lets us know what tools our team is using and how much we are paying for them. This is particularly helpful for saas where the pricing is user-based. You'll be able to tell what seats are being used, and which you can eliminate. It also helps us keep better track of our renewals.
Outstanding SaaS Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is the only tool we found that has everything we need. The automatic integrations, full visibility into software expenses, spending by department, budget control, and contract and subscription management are some of the key benefits of the tool. The support and attention we received from Abhilash and his team during onboarding, and after go-live, has been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a feature to store and review organizational compliance documentation. Also, the ability to have sub-departments would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve consolidated my applications inventory, software budgeting, user software provisioning, vendor contract and contacts, and quarterly audits into the Zluri platform. It makes managing all aspects of SaaS management much more efficient, and provides a single pane of glass for many of our administrative tasks.
Excellent SaaS Management
What do you like best about the product?
Though we are a relatively small start-up, Zluri has helped us to manage our ever-growing list of SaaS applications, onboarding for new employees, and also provided extremely prompt customer service via Slack along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri was still working out some of the kinks on their onboarding/offboarding workflows at the point when we started using the product, which was a bit frustrating, but their CS team was always very prompt to reply and address any relevant questions/concerns via Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has helped us to onboard new employees to various SaaS platforms efficiently and also helps us to manage our spend across all active SaaS platforms.
