A Robust Partnership
What do you like best about the product?
The Zluri onboarding and account teams have been particulary helpful in ensure that my company got off to a great start and hit the ground running. The responsivness and follow up of the team has been exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a somewhat impatient person, I tend to dislike wiating for bug fixes and new Ui enhancements that I feel are hindering the value I could get out of the tool suite. Although the Zluri team has been very responsive, I wish their release schedule could be a bit more transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Zluri, we were keeping track of our tools in spreadsheets and had no way to monitor tool usage. Zluri emplowers us with the information we need to make informed software renewal decisions and has shined a bright lite on the large shadow IT we once had.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has been an invaluable tool for streamlining our SaaS operations. The platform's automation features significantly reduce manual tasks, saving us both time and resources. Setting up Zluri was initially time-consuming, but the support from their team made the process smooth and efficient. The user interface is intuitive, and the reporting tools provide insightful data that helps optimize our software usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a bit clunky sometimes, and counter intuitive, there are minor areas for improvement, such as integration with a few niche applications, Zluri's overall performance has exceeded our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has been instrumental in transforming our SaaS management by addressing several key challenges. It provided detailed insights into our software expenses, enabling us to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs, which led to significant savings. The platform also streamlined our SaaS operations by automating many manual tasks, thereby improving overall efficiency. Additionally, Zluri offered comprehensive visibility into our software usage, ensuring compliance and optimizing asset utilization. We're better with Zluri
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has helped us immensely in discovering shadow IT, track application usage and spend, and automate our onboarding and offboarding processes. Their team has been very responsive when working with us to solve our specific business needs. They are continuing to deploy new useful features on an ongoing basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri is a relatively new product that has some maturing still to do. There have been some quirks and shortcomings found in the application, though their support team is very quick to respond and resolve the issues we've identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a majority remote company and prior to Zluri, we had very limited visibility on what applications were being used and by whom. We also had outdated, and completely manual, onboard and offboard processes, which Zluri has helped us to automate. We are looking forward to implementing the Access Requests feature to establish a single portal where users can request access to applications.

Easy to integrate, convenient interface. The service is incredible, I worked with a couple of guys from Zluri who were very responsive and did their best to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, a lot of stuff needs to be done manually, especially for finance purposes.

I always have delay provisioning the pages in the Integrations section
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the licenses of the tools/apps more efficient
ROI Achieved in less than 3 months
What do you like best about the product?
The application discovery process works so well that it can be overwhelming. We connected Zluri to 4 year old Azure instance and just with that single connection discovered over 700 applications. We had so many "zombie" subscriptions (where employees subscribriptions were not offboared) that we achieved ROI in a single month. We also discovered that many "generic" or "service" paid accounts were created over the years that were unnecessary. We converted these to Shared Inboxes and saved on subscritions. Zluri lives up to it's primary premise to discover "shadow IT" by taking an exhaustive inventory of all applications, which forces our leadership team to critically evaluate, document, and appropriately administrate all of our accounts. This process has actually been extremely helpful in shaping our conversation about IT Policies, administration practices, and even our IT Roadmap. This is an invaluable tool - even if you barely use it to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hopful that Zluri can expand its API scopes for some core applications. In an ecommerce business, there is usually 4 primary tools (ERP, Ecommerce, CRM, and Integration). The scopes for some of these platforms are so limited that we cannot leverage the full capabilities of Zluri. Please focus more on these programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily Asset Management, the discovery tool is helping us identify ALL of our SaaS tools, which is helping our leadership have informed conversations about IT Policies.
Zluri is your all-around SaaS App Spend/Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Our business was looking for a comprehensive solution to help us manage license cost, growth, as well as approval processes for applications, and Vendor documentation. Not only does Zluri solve the basics of Software Asset Management (SAM), but the Access Review, and App Request workflows, and onboarding/off-boarding automations bring SO much joy to my team. In addition to this, the daily "New App Discovered" emails are LOVED by our System Administrators, and executives. Even though we're still implementing, the support that Zluri offers is unmatched to any support organization I've worked with. The application is super easy to use, and pick up. We will be using this application daily across my team, and as soon as integrations become available - we leap with joy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really negative to say. Zluri is constantly improving, adding features which only adds value to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is solving role based access controls for SOC II compliance, as well as automating our onboarding and offboarding procedures. It is a HUGE time saver once configured!
Using Zluri for SaaS Visibility and Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of their product services and organization of data into a centralized view
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modernization of their UI would help. There is a lot of information that requires the user to know what to do rather than be guided what to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of all SaaS vendors including discovery of shadow IT and tracking of usage. Allows me to control our costs and better prepare for future contract negotiations
