What do you like best about the product?
The Zluri onboarding and account teams have been particulary helpful in ensure that my company got off to a great start and hit the ground running. The responsivness and follow up of the team has been exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a somewhat impatient person, I tend to dislike wiating for bug fixes and new Ui enhancements that I feel are hindering the value I could get out of the tool suite. Although the Zluri team has been very responsive, I wish their release schedule could be a bit more transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Zluri, we were keeping track of our tools in spreadsheets and had no way to monitor tool usage. Zluri emplowers us with the information we need to make informed software renewal decisions and has shined a bright lite on the large shadow IT we once had.
