We're better with Zluri
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has helped us immensely in discovering shadow IT, track application usage and spend, and automate our onboarding and offboarding processes. Their team has been very responsive when working with us to solve our specific business needs. They are continuing to deploy new useful features on an ongoing basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri is a relatively new product that has some maturing still to do. There have been some quirks and shortcomings found in the application, though their support team is very quick to respond and resolve the issues we've identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a majority remote company and prior to Zluri, we had very limited visibility on what applications were being used and by whom. We also had outdated, and completely manual, onboard and offboard processes, which Zluri has helped us to automate. We are looking forward to implementing the Access Requests feature to establish a single portal where users can request access to applications.
