What do you like best about the product?
Easy keeping of historical info in Sell - invoice records , emails archived to relevant Account .
Market has done good points but some elements such as email template creation found to be clunky and limited so mktg dept create outside of market.

Quote module doesn't work successfully for us - reorganises listing of products randomly to quote document.

Sugar Sell is an intuitive platform allowing for in-depth stats on accounts and strategic actions and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with bespoke ERP solutions.

Promoting proactively in contacting customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards, having them be interactive and the focus drawer meaning you never have to leave where you are.
Having different levels of access available using teams and role management.

Logging users out when doing updates in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, doc merge saves us around one day a week by doing our welcome letters for us.

I haven't come across any feature that I dislike.

Sugar Sell has streamlined our sales process by centralizing customer data, automating repetitive tasks, and providing clear pipeline visibility. The platform’s flexibility allows us to tailor it to our specific needs, and the real-time analytics help us make quick, informed decisions. It’s a valuable tool that keeps our team focused on selling and improves our overall efficiency.

The ability to navigate to anywhere, from inside any page.

Some of the functionality requires a lot of cusotmisation which can be costly and break the system a little.

It does all our pricing, tracks our projects and clients on there.

The SugarCRM team has been really helpful in making the data migration process smooth and efficient.
The platform itself is very user-friendly, provides a great number of features from automations to integration with other softwares such as financial software or HRIS.
Most of the features are fairly easy to use and understand even for non technical staff which is always enjoyable, I also particularly appreciate how easy it is to create insightful and precise reports and dashboards for the teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are still very early in our Sugar Sell adventure but one thing that I wish was a little more optimized is the fact that on each module/record there's a lot of data displayed and most of the time you have to scroll and/or open multiple tabs to find information.
But I know that the SugarCRM team is working on these issues for future releases, which is why I am not too bothered by this at the moment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell helps us leverage on our client database and extract valuable insights that will be transformed into business opportunities. In the past we had a lot of troubles utilizing our data to its full extent.
As I mentioned before we are still early in our journey but I can also see the value in this regard, I'm also expecting SugarCRM to supercharge our reporting use as well as our automations through tools like SugarBPM and the various Schedulers.

The partnership we have with our Sugar team has helped our implementation go smoothly. The software is user friendly and intuitive to use.

I wish the reporting within Sugar was more robust.
