#1 CRM in the Industry for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that most functionalities are point and click; we can just click and get our work done. It does not require much coding. Also, most of the functionalities we need are already present. We already have reports, dashboard, Case management, Customer 360 view, Sales Management, Campaign Management; these all features with just point and click make Salesforce the #1 CRM. Also, it offers a new release every quarter, which gives the ability to upgrade to new features available. Sharing and visibility is robust in Salesforce, also with declarative tools. It also offers machine learning abilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the licensing cost is a bit high. Apart from this, it is a great CRM . It can be integrated with many systems using various APIs it exposes. I want Salesforce to implement some of the functionalities like Dynamic Forms for standard objects keep adding new features to flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesforce CRM we manage Cases. We use Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to get Insight into our Organization. Salesforce has done dramatically increased the productivity and revenue for our clients .They use Salesforce to get Customer 360 view ,use analytics and make business decisions
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cant think of a better CRM than this
The best CRM ever
What do you like best about the product?
This software is almost bug-free, well maintained, scalable, keeps evolving with the times. This is available in the cloud. You can access the data anywhere you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A view of the customer and our engagement and relationship with the customer and the resulting sales numbers according our performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best CRM I've ever used in all my 20 years of experience
A good way to categorize and group clients
What do you like best about the product?
It was useful to have a method of categorization we could use for all our clients. We had a lot of clients, so it was nice to have a clear, easy way of adding them to our database and display the information to people in our company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there were a lot of blank slots for clients, so it cluttered up the page. You had to go through a lot of information sometimes to get to the spot you wanted to look at
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was nice to have all the pertinent information for a client on one page. You could also group clients by different categorizations. That was often useful
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use what you need for classifications of people and not a bunch of extra stuff. It clutters the page and makes it harder for new people working with Salesforce to figure out what they are looking at and how to use it.
Great CRM Meets Endless Opportunity
What do you like best about the product?
One of the greatest things about Salesforce is the user interface and the ease at customizing it to meet a company's evolving needs better than other CRM's. The CRM piece is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what this program is capable of doing with only your imagination as your limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be cost prohibitive depending on your company size and what functionality you are trying to gain access to. The base product is very well rounded but the pricing can be higher if you don't have license volume and want access to some of the new technology features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve just about everything with Salesforce. The only functional area we don't utilize something within Salesforce for is for our accounting/finance side of the business as it is not geared toward that. We've successfully increased processes, lowered entry time for records, have greater visibility into the pulse of the company in various areas and are able to quickly deliver solutions to new business requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering a platform that is visually appealing and easy to use along with one that you can make changes to without a bunch of headache then this is your CRM.

its a bit expensive even with the non profit rate

One stop shop for all your CRM needs
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is the market leader because it truly does end-end CRM including contact databases, lead generation, customer management, customer profiles, targeting, email marketing,… the list goes on.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are open APIs, as with large cloud providers like salesforce, you are dependent on their latest releases and release cycles in order to integrate certain features with your own proprietary systems and databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce CRM helps us with lead generation, targeting, sales planning, submissions of new business to request for a quote. The benefits are primarily based on having a centralized system that is the single source of truth and data for a company our size.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you customize the app to fit your local environment.

Collecting nonprofit data and having a single source of truth for all of our data questions.
Salesforce Project Manager

What do you dislike about the product?
Report/dashboard limitations (i.e. number of groupings)

Great for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to customize for non-tech-savvy people. Has an amazing app store for plug-ins for anything you need
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive. Not always the best UI. Sometimes a bit "too heavyweight" for my small business needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a small business and I use Salesforce to manage my business end-to-end. From sales, to account management, to customer services, to general operations. Can't live without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform to manage your whole business; not just sales.
