Great Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
What's helpful is that it helps keep all of my information together. I appreciate the customization quality of it. You can change each page's outlook to make it fit your and your company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce is that sometimes it won't sync properly when it's connected to other platforms. This can become a headache to fix since we have so much data not backed up potentially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has many data sets to look at, and Salesforce helps with it by keeping it all in one place. It makes it easy for important data not to be missed. It removes the hassle of having to switch between platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows for quick and a centralized location for all your data. Our sales cloud allows for a flexibility of aspect of our business. No competition is out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike it is easy to use and program. Available for user of all types by created profiles and security. Sometimes it can be time consuming but worth it!

Centralized location for all business aspects. From data, reports analytics and process. Allows us to be more productive and makes more efficient. From user to management
Easy way to organize our sales
What do you like best about the product?
My dashboards answers my mentor, my accountant and my questions at a click of the button. I have no extended our offering and we are able to be smart and precise on areas to focus on!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricy for small organizations and it does take time to get into the habit of data entering (like all crms)

Having the ability for the average analyst to manage an environment is very cost effective.

I have no dislikes of this platform. If you know what you are doing you can resolve just about any issue.

Sales cloud enables our sales team operate efficiently while out in the field by using the Salesforce mobile app. It is very user friendly and well designed.

The ease of use of this product is key to the success of our sales team. Love the ability to configure and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Lightning interface is user friendly and allows for customization so that you can guide the user through the processes you would like them to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though they say no code, you do need some type of technical knowledge/thinking ability. Yes you dont use code but you are creating technical processes that for some are harder to grasp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows you to keep all information about your customers and prospects so that anyone can see the state of the business at any time. It is also helpful if you have new sales reps or sales reps leaving since there can be full notes and info on that account to have an easier ramp. You are also not holding data in a nonsecure place for security concerns.
I also appreciate the integrations with SFDC because that helps us keep the rep working only in SFDC and not jumping from one system to another

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and less control on customization is what I don't like about that
Also we are not having any control on downtimes...means sometimes you have an urgent period of time and you have no power to push the downtimes go forward to a low traffic time

No need to train staff about Salesforce sales cloud as it's easy to use and a popular platform
So it's some kind of hassle free platforms that you get benefit out of that

Sales process can be managed very easily through it, lead conversion and deal management are effective. Products and pricebooks can also be maintained and we can always customize the platform the way our business requires.

It's a little expensive but worth the cost

Salesforce has made it easier to manage the entire Sales process be it about lead generation, automation, lead conversion or deal management. Everything can be done through point and click and also it is cloud based which means you can access it from anywhere.
