What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows multiple roles in an organization to assist in the buyer's journey. The ability to report on most things in Salesforce is especially helpful when looking to increase productivity, efficiency, and identify areas to improve upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has a few "gotcha" things I've come across. Campaign member tends to be my nemesis. I often want to do more than I can with campaigns and their members, but the campaign member object that bridges them can be a bear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving: almost everything a salesperson needs is accessible in SF, at the tip of their fingers. The visibility across teams makes it much easier and profitable for different types of reps to collaborate and bring home the win.
The best CRM.....period.
What do you like best about the product?
The options to customize are endless. I have used Salesforce in multiple industries now, including enterprise-level SaaS sales to educational sales, and it works SO well with every vertical.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't made the leap over to the Lightning experience just yet. When testing out Lightning, the look and feel is SO different. I really wish Lightning would give you a similar layout to what you have set up in Classic, then give you the option to customize further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an extensive student communication history is vital to our success as a small, independent online school. The more data we have on our students, the better we are able to support them in their journey through our workshops and courses!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a lot of great tools for managing customer relationships. It's easy to keep track of information when everything is in one place. I like how customizable the interface is. The reporting features are also self-service and straightforward to use. Salesforce will be highly beneficial to any company managing large amounts of data. We could not perform our duties without such a powerful CRM. It is also advantageous to be able to coordinate outreach efforts. After initial configuration, this tool is highly user-friendly and allows for the simple distribution of customer data. Generating customizable reports is beneficial. My previous tests of customer relationship management systems pale compared to how simple this one is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of one major drawback to this product: the high cost of a license to use Salesforce CRM. However, this CRM has more industry experience than its competitors, making it a prudent investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all client data in one place, we can better manage incoming information requests and respond quickly. We can make better business decisions by organizing our data in Salesforce. It simplifies the process of uploading data to the cloud and creating reports.
It gives totally sales driven system of org. how org uses sales cloud for their growth.
What do you like best about the product?
To increase sales and manage sales in one single screen within reports and dashboards, I recommend the sales cloud. It helps to increase sales and the sales team can manage all things on a single screen with all customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no bridge between the quote and the order object. Because of that, we have to create an order separately, but the order has a relation with the contract. Also, have to allow cpq in the developer edition for practice purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage all leads from different places, like campaigns and web to lead. We can graph from the reports and dashboard. Also, we can manage products by using assets object in the sales cloud. We can easily track customer requirements by using opportunity objects.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep teams on the same page. Easy to organize activities into campaigns and to track effectiveness of said campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can appear to be overwhelming if you are not trained. The training itself can be a little confusing. However, there are plenty of YouTube videos that can fill in the pieces. It's helpful to have an onsite Salesforce ambassador to answer your questions.

Salesforce is the most useful CRM I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much it can do. It makes it so easy to keep track of millions of customers with different subscription levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little more uptodate and user friendly, but given how many different layers and levels there are, that's a downside I'm willing to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of my customers and where they are in the sales process. I can also easily manage who has paid and who owes the company money.

It's best for tracking leads and converting leads to opportunities, It's so helpful to know the status of the deal and the amount for the deal, It helps in creating reports also as per the requirement.

I don't link the dashboard very much, It's easy to understand but takes some time to reflect, It not shows the real-time result, Sometimes task not create correctly but it's not a big issue we modify the task

It solves the problem of tracking the deals and helps in linking with accounts and transferring the opportunity to Business Partners, it helps to track pipelines

What do you like best about the product?
In the salesforce, we can fetch all the information regarding the campaign, etc... in one place. Dashboards option gives us a clear performance of our tasks, by this we are able to analyze the data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Salesforce even if the campaign is terminated or paused also it is showing the upcoming tasks till the campaign end date. Due to this under pending tasks, it is showing many pending tasks which look bad.

Sales Force is the place where we can get all the data in one place. We will get notifications if anyone posts information or assign a task. We can assign tasks to other teammates and also can give the priority.

Expertise is needed to use the features. This can make it difficult to administer.

All of our Sales activity tracking. We are also using it to track projects and time!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides our sales and account management teams the ability to manage their entire funnel and portfolios in one place and share the data and insights with each other through Forecast, Reports, Dashboards, and Chatter. Our leaders and teams can review data at a high level or drill into details with the click of a button to see where we have potential gaps or red flags. It's been fantastic for our sales teams to use the Gmail integration to easily log emails, calls, or add new contacts on the spot. Sales Cloud has really increased efficiency and saved valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently our team has struggled to enable Einstein features and use them productively. There are some tools available and some you just pay extra for which is not always clearly laid out, especially with opportunity scoring and forecast features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time insights from emails and calls on which contacts are engaged and ready to buy. Activity tracking is essential. Second, pipeline inspection is changing how our sales leaders see their pipeline movement and which deals are not moving, stuck in a stage, have no activity, or are not engaged with the right contacts. The insights here are gaining traction with more data.
