What do you like best about the product?
I love Salesforce Sales Cloud because it gives me the opportunity to give my business more visibility in all areas and all aspects of the business. With this tool, I can give more power to my company.

Lead to cash business is very common and allows easy onboarding to new sales reps.

Quoting of subscription products does not come out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can do almost anything you need, assuming you're willing to put the time, resources, and effort into it. We've used Salesforce Sales Cloud as our CRM for nearly five years, and it has only gotten better as we've become more familiar with it and customized it to our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your industry and your company's specific needs, "out-of-the-box" Sales Cloud may simply not be good enough. It took us a lot of customization (including plenty of custom development) to build the Sales Cloud out the way we wanted it. We've also installed several plug-ins to make our workflow more efficient.
Salesforce can also be expensive, so depending on how much cash you're willing to spend, it may not be the right option for you.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead management. Most of our leads are automatically posted right into Salesforce and automatically distributed to our loan officers, who contact them, convert the leads to opportunities/deals, and send the information into our loan origination system with the click of a button.
Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use, it is very user friendly. I also love that it synches with my other platforms I use, making it easy to keep track of my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much that I don't like about this platform. It can be a little confusing to use sometimes when I'm having issues with it, but they are fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps my business keep track of tasks, things to do, places to call in an easy and organized way. I enjoy using it more than my planner and love that I can synch it across all devices.
Great platform to manage end-to-end functioning of our sales department
What do you like best about the product?
Lead and opportunity management is nothing short of excellent. I've used many CRMs over the years, and the capabilities/ease of use of SF Sales Cloud never ceases to amaze me. The customization of the UI makes it easy for myself and my team to have access to so much information with a minimal click path. Time is money! I'd also like to add how easily SF Sales Cloud integrates with a variety of different platforms. Integrating with Hubspot, Cirrus Insight and ZoomInfo was easier than I could ever imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many limitations to SF, but there are a few. Most of my issues come with home page editing but other than that tiny issue, nothing but posititves. I've been frequently working in SF Sales Cloud for 4-5 years now and I truly wouldn't bother using another CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our Sales Managers an easily digestible UI, which is extremely important to any sales team. Data should be easily accessible and SF Sales Cloud does just that. Reporting and dashboard building have made our day-to-day sales lives a whole lot easier.
Traceability was a big issue for us in the past, but with Salesforce Sales Cloud, its easier than ever to go back and find historical data. Salesforce helps us create that "story" we're looking for, even when we don't think we have one to tell.

What do you like best about the product?
We have all the tools we need in one place. Sales Cloud gives our team the ability to walk through the sales process and have all the data at their fingertips while also making their work life easier through automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have a bit of learning curve, and employees can be reluctant to adopt without ongoing training and support. Also just due to the nature of the beast, we can over build, and over complicate things easily of not careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud gives our sales team reminders, alerts, up to date information and this is exactly what our team needed to continue campaign efforts. We now can have historical information and reminders to follow up. This has helped our team, especially new employees, get the training they need with guided steps and account information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it's cloud-based. This means we can maintain the hardware and software's latest versions. Now that hardware is no longer a concern; we can focus our efforts where they belong: on company expansion. Furthermore, Salesforce gives us access to various platforms, from those suited for sole proprietorships to those done for multinational corporations. The comprehensive range of available capabilities allows us to integrate anything and expand your business quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud. As someone tech-savvy and learns new skills quickly, I had no trouble using this software. If used correctly, there should be no concerns or problems. All the information you need can be found before you, and the process is straightforward. So if you are a quick learner and know how to use computers, you should be okay with using Salesforce effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great way to manage sales and customers. By integrating them into Salesforce, we could eliminate the vast bulk of the spreadsheets we were using. However, we had to upgrade our prior CRM to fit the different business scenarios we were now required to work.
The GOAT of Sales Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Organization for sales teams has been one of the biggest influences in success. Sales reps sell more when organized. This tool, although not the most fancy design, gets us what we need. My entire sales team lives in here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the design. It really does look like 2007 called and haven't made the effort to redesign. I think there are simple adjustments to styling and mobile layout which could have a big impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of sales data. Need to keep inbound vs outbound very different. We keep round-robin leads going for our team, but add weight to them based on sales efficiencies. This has helped keep us from losing good deals, because of low performers.
It is a must have software for companies with a large or medium sales organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable and you can easily create many dashboards and reports based on your needs. I love the mobile app that I can find contacts quickly and follow up on the leads on the go. We have other software that is integrated into Salesforce so our reps can use them for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the licenses is high compared to other CRM software out there. Lack of a customer support team that I can reach out to quickly if there's an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customer data including the intend data of the prospects. Capturing leads and able to quickly follow up using tools like mass email and email templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizes all of our CRM data and integrates with the other tools we need. I mean...Salesforce is basically necessary if you want to scale. So far we were able to get Salesforce up and running with only a couple hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is from the age of the dinosaurs. We use Dooly on top of our Salesforce, so we don't actually go into Salesforce itself very often. If we couldn't use Dooly, we would still use Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes CRM data, keeps sales reps organized, keeps pipeline moving forward. If we didn't have a CRM, we wouldn't be able to do business. And as far as we know, there isn't really another option for software startups like us.
